Learning Resource Portal

Learning Resource portal is designed to provide


access to quality learning and teaching resources such
as Learning Material, Lesson Plan, Learning Guide,
Learning Module and Full course that are aligned with K
to 12 curriculum. These can be used as primary bases or
as supplement to teaching and learning processes.

Quality Assurance, Encoding of Metadata, Production and
Delivery

 Received LRs from the District for evaluation and signed the
tracking form with corresponding date.

 The Division LRMS personnel in-charged will forward the LRs for
evaluation to the Education Program Supervisor (subject
coordinator) for Quality Assurance process

 Quality Assurance Proper

 Field Testing
- Involvement of the Process observers, LRs
developer/Writer and the Mechanism tool for

 If needs revision, Submit to LRs

encoding of the Metadata and uploading of LRs
to the portal
 Execute Clearance for the production and distribution of
the learning materials
 Delivery of materials to all Division

 Submit LRs to the Regional office with the attached


tracking paper and the Division Clearance.
Regional
Quality Assurance, Publishing of LRs in the Portal,
Production & Delivery, Storage and Maintenance

 Received LRs from the Division for evaluation


and signed the tracking form with
corresponding date.

 The Regional LRMS personnel will forward the


LRs for evaluation to the Education Program
Supervisor for Quality Assurance process

Note: You cannot access all the learning Resources if you are not
registered in this portal
Requirement before the Registration:
• Deped Email
At the homepage, click Register

Fill in the required information

Important: access to learning resources vary depending on the email address used for registration
DepEd email (ex. [email protected]) gives access to all learning resources available
in the LR Portal – K to 12 Learners Materials and Teacher’s Guides, ALS modules, Professional
Development materials, and Media Gallery
Personal email/Non-DepEd email gives access to learning resources available except for K to 12
Teacher’s Guides
Accomplish the captcha by ticking the I’m
not a robot box. Click the Register button
when done.

Important: Selecting the Affiliation helps the LR Portal administrators to identify the
number of users per school, division, and region. For school users, you can type the school
ID in the school field in selecting the name of your school.
You will be redirected to the page shown below where you shall be informed that an
email activation link was sent to your registered email address.

Login to your email and open the verification message sent by the system.
Click on the Activate Your Account button to
validate your email address.

Click
Once activated, you will be redirected to this page. Click on the “Take Me Home” button
to start using the portal.
