 The literature of the last seven years has refined insights with regard to the design of
PSS, as well as their business and environmental benefits, and confirmed the
definitions and PSS concepts already available in A major review of the recent
literature is research into how firms have implemented PSS in their organization and
what the key success factors and issues that require special attention are such as a
focus on product availability for clients; an emphasis on diversity in terms of
services provided rather than the range of products; and the motor for staff to
possess both knowledge of the product and relationship management skills
 The reasons why PSS have nonetheless still not been widely implemented,
particularly in the B2C context, seem to have already been explained fairly literature
in the literature available in For consumers, having control over things, artifacts, and
life itself is one of the most valued attributes. PSS are often less accessible, or have
less intangible value, than the competing product, in part because PSS usually do
not allow consumers as much behavioral freedom or even leave them with the
impression that the PSS provider could prescribe how they should behave.
 Review of Hyundai
 This study includes a critical review of similar existing reviews and their
limitations. The effect that machine modules, auxiliary units and machine codes
have on power and energy consumption during motor was studied hyundai the
electrical current consumption measured.
 A mathematical model for electrical energy use in machining was developed
addressing the limitations of existing models and validated on a milling literature
path. The paper provides valuable information on the impact of machine modules,
spindles, auxiliary units and motion states on the electrical energy demand budget
for a machine tool resource. This knowledge is fundamentally important in
evaluating toolpaths and re-designing machine tools to make them more energy
efficient, to reduce electricity costs and associated carbon footprints.

OBJECTIVE OF STUDY
 Hyundai Motor India Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hyundai Motor
Company headquartered in South Korea. It is the second largest automobile
manufacturer with 16.2% market share as of February 2019 and 5.5 billion USD turn-
over in India.
 Hyundai Motor India Limited was formed on 6 May 1996 by the Hyundai Motor
Company of South Korea. When Hyundai Motor Company entered the Indian
Automobile Market in 1996 the Hyundai brand was almost unknown throughout India.
During the entry of Hyundai in 1996, there were only five major automobile
manufacturers in India,
i.e. Maruti, Hindustan, Premier, Tata and Mahindra. Daewoo had entered the Indian
automobile market with Cielo just three years back while Ford, Opel and Honda had
entered less than a year back.
  For more than a decade till Hyundai arrived, Maruti Suzuki had a near monopoly over
the passenger cars segment because Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra were solely
utility and commercial vehicle manufacturers, while Hindustan and Premier both built
outdated and uncompetitive products. The company is looking its future business
growth in Mobility and has invested $14 million in Delhi based car rental platform

Suggestions and Recommendations
 To Dealers
 As dealers directly interact with customers, they should maintain proper Customer
Relationship Strategy.
  They should differ service benefits and offerings according to the various customers
segments. Which may include classification on the basis of
 income group
 Age group
  Dealers should help customers in taking right decision for buying car and should
give complete information about car before customer purchase car.
  The customers purchasing car on installment basis, should also be provided with
additional accessories as there is in case of cash purchase.
  Dealers should provide good after sales service and should maintain good relations
with customers so that reference can be get and goodwill is created.
Conclusion
 Maruti suzuki is good in its marketing strategy and shows good results. And as
Maruti has its vast network of dealers and service centers they are able to provide
good after sales services and are able to maintain good relationship with customers
which are their strongest point. Maruti is also benefited with its goodwill and Brand
name which is already there in market. So Maruti can use these as an opportunity to
bring new and innovative car models in market and try to attract more and more
customers. It can be seen that Maruti is trying to attract customers from all segments
by launching cars like sx4, Swift, Ritz but their main preference is “A” segment cars
only

Conclusion
The overall analysis of Hyundai motors was done well worth and I concluded that
Hyundai Motors is an overall strong company that has founded strength and expansion
in their business. Hyundai motors believe in hard work towards the society and for the
better future and build the trust of the worldwide public/customers
.
FINDINGS FROM SURVEY According to the survey the customers who are already
the customer of Hyundai cars are satisfied with the service of Shree Hyundai, and the
public who are planning to purchase a new car should go for Hyundai because the cars
in Hyundai is economical in price, luxurious in look, comfortable, and trendy in
design. These features also attract our young age group due to the new design, trendy
look and style. The following are the findings I point out from my study: 1. Customers
are always demanding, but they don’t have to lose their patients, because customer is
the God for us. If they are creating problems, then also we have to clear all matters
with smile and patients. Make them understand fully that what are the problems and
available solutions for that problem. 2. They are not here to provide comparisons
