• Motivation is defined as the process that

behaviors. Motivation is what causes us to act.

• Some employers may find it difficult to
encourage staffs to give of their best
commitment at work. Some employers may
overlook the power of motivating
employees is too evident in the company's
bottom line. There is only a simple theory
implicated: the happier and more motivated
the employee, the happier the customer,

when that being said it is not hard to imaging how things
would be if there was no such thing as motivation. Motivation
does not have to be positive emotions. Fear can be a very
effective motivating factor. Stress is an example of negative
motivating ineffective feelings. Most people have a tendency
to become narrow sighted when they are stressed, some even
get paralysed or apathy. Is motivation important in the
workplace? You bet! Why? First, you spend more time at work

companies and organisations are very strong on bonuses and
