INTRODUCTION
The scope of a teacher career development is not limited
to the implementation of teaching and learning only but
also has the opportunity to expand their career across
different paths such as leadership and expertise paths
based on their achievement and competence.
The development of teachers’ career path will not only
based on service period only.

Able to become a consultant in formulating a comprehensive strategy and
achieving the right training to ensure the success of an organization
Special grade educators

CONCLUSION
The quality of education depends on the competence of the educators in
performing their duties and responsibilities.
Competence and achievement are two aspects that are interconnected.
Educators that exhibit the expected competency will be able to achieve
the established performance standards for each area of ​responsibility.
Therefore, the development of competence is a focus on the
development of teaching professionalism.
