    Explanation
     Cutting grinder is a portable model grinding machine with a special thinning abrasive grinding
    steel reinforced. To cut the material, the grinding wheel is attached to the workpiece. This creates
    a groove that gets deeper until both pieces of the work piece are cut off from each other.
     The working principle of this machine is almost the same as the grinding machine is generally a cutting knife
    (grinding wheels) rotating cut work objects are silent, clamped with the aid of tap to make when the cutting,
    the workpiece is not easy to move so that the cut pieces in accordance with the cooled according to the
    angle.
     The stand should support a firm grip on the grinding wheel and help with the direction of cutting
     The holder is installed and designed to cut the shrinkage from 45◦ to 90◦
     Cutting machines make noise of dust, splashes, and debris. Personal protective equipment should always be
    worn when using a cutting machine, including:
    a) Face shield
    b) Ear plug/ ear muff
    c) Safety boots

     Stone cutting wheel(Cutting Wheel)

    The cutting grinding wheel called "Cutting wheel" has the most different shape compared to other
    grinding stone. This grinding wheel has a flat shape, with a thickness that is owned on the product
    variants ranging from 3 mm to 8 mm.
    In accordance with its function, cutting grinding stone only serves to cut on metal media, whether
    to iron mildsteel, steel, to stainless steel, with of course adjust the specifications on the product.
    Directions of use

    1. Make sure you ware safety gear,such as safety gogle, safety shoose, and ear plug.
    Remember you must prioritize your safety first.
    2. Put the work material (metal that you want to cut) at the vise, then thighten the
    handle until the work material doesn’t move, in order to prevent miss cutting. You
    can also change the angle of cutting by adjusting the angle scale.
    3. Then plug the power cable to the socket.
    4. And then put your left hand on the handle of the cutting grinder and pres the on
    off switch, and the cutting edge will rotating very fast and push down until the
    cutting edge contact with work material and use necessary force until the cutting
    finish and release the switch and the handle slowly.
    Treatment of Grinding Machine

     Generally, in the maintenance of cutting grinding machine can be done by cleaning all the parts after usage,
    other than that in the use is not too excessive. If the engine is operated through the limits of its ability (excess
    heat) then the engine life will also be reduced.
     Specifically in the care of cutting grinding machine parts that require more care including the following:
    a. Threaded grasping arm and handlebar  
    Clean the beram that sticks to the thread
    Provide lubricating oil on the thread
    b. Motor (dynamo) Performing a parcel
    Make sure the use of electricity is right
