The organizational structure we used for the business is divisional structure. The divisional
structure is a type of organizational structure that groups each organizational function into a division.
The manner of division here is we distinguished every activities as different departments in which it
has its own accounting, research and development, marketing, customers service, and maintenance.
We also make a department for administrative and finance that will responsible for human resource,
procurement, accounting, public relation, training, and legal.
