    GLENOHUMERAL JOINT
     Abduction:
    - Posisi abduksi glenohumeral
    - Traction  stretching inferior
    capsule.
    - Dorsal translation  stretching
    serabut oblique pembatas abduction.
    - Firm end feel.
     Internal rotation:
    - Traction: stretching posterior
    capsule.
