Introduction
• DSK Foods Private Limited is a seven-year-old corporation interested in producing fuel-grade ethanol as well
as its by-products such as CO2, DDGS, and captive power generation. The project will use waste / damaged
grains such as broken rice, maize, and other grains to produce value-added cow feed by using their starch to
make bio-ethanol and other elements such as protein and fibre to make value-added bovine feed. The firm
hopes to produce this environmentally friendly gasoline in order to promote the concept of sustainable
development as well as agro-based enterprises that will provide farmers with guaranteed returns. The firm
hopes to reduce money outflow from Uttarakhand in the form of oil import bills as well as pollution levels by
establishing distilleries and making fuel ethanol. This venture would increase work possibilities while
simultaneously promoting indigenous technical advancement. The Government of India's Ethanol Blending
Programme (EBP) seeks to achieve 20% ethanol blending in gasoline by 2025. As a result, ethanol made from
unfit-for-human-consumption waste grains would be a huge help in carrying out the EBP strategy.

Project Information
 The project would comprise of a 1,20,000 LPD Grain based Distillery to produce Fuel Ethanol (AA)
along with 3 MW captive power plant, 60 TPD CO2 (Carbon Di Oxide) and up to 58 -60 TPD dry
DDGS cattle feed from waste / damaged grains.
 By setting up distilleries and manufacturing fuel ethanol, the group wants to reduce the outflow
of money from Jharkhand in the form of oil import bill as well as environmental pollution levels.
 The project will be based on waste / damaged grains like broken rice, maize, etc. for utilization of
their starch to manufacture bio-ethanol and other constituents like protein & fiber to produce
value added cattle feed.
 The group wants to generate this environment friendly fuel to promote the concept of
sustainable development as well as to promote agro-based industries with assured returns for the
farmers.
 This would also encourage indigenous technological development.
 As per our Honorable Prime Minister Vision the Govt. of India Ethanol Blending Programme
(EBP),aims to achieve 20% ethanol blending in petrol by 2025. Thus, ethanol from waste grains,
unfit for human consumption, would be a great boost to the EBP plan execution.
Benefits to State
The proposed investment for this Project of Rs. 206 Crores, will attract a direct
employment opportunity for 130-150 Employees, along with various business
opportunities for relevant stakeholders and bringing Revenue for the state and nation.
Promoting Industrialization in the state.
Will contribute in fulfilling state and national demand of ethanol.
Will bring State/National taxes and income to the governments.
By implementation of the proposed project, the socio-economic status of the local
people will improve substantially.
The land rates in the area will improve due to the proposed activity.
Primary health centre will also come-up and the medical facilities will certainly improve
due to the proposed project.
Ancillary developmental activities like CO 2 plant, Cattle feed plants will be created due
to the establishment of the proposed unit.

Allotment Of 18 Acre Land From Industrial Board Of Uttarakhand State In Escorts Farm
Kashipur Uttarakhand.
Got Permission For Water/ Extraction Of Water For Running The Plant From Industrial Board Of
Uttarkhand State.
We Have Got In Principal Approval For Setting Up Dedicated Ethanol Plant From Industrial
Board Of Uttarakhand State.
 Applied Necessary State Government Approvals in State Pollution Control Board, Fire
Department, Uttarakhand Power Corporation, State Industrial Development Authority and
Department of Labour Through Their Single Window Clearance System.

 Shri Deepak Kanodia, Director (Yashoda Group)- Aged 38 years, Honors in Commerce from Delhi
University is having more than 15 years of business experience in supplying raw materials to
prestigious distilleries of India which has been the main business activity of the Kanodia family for
the Yashoda group. He has good contacts in the industry and efficient entrepreneurship skills.
 Shri Sachin Kanodia, Director (Yashoda Group)- Aged 32 years has degree in Marketing
Management. The young entrepreneur wants to now venture into an industry, driven by innovative
research. He has more than 11 years of experience in managing successful business of Yashoda
Group. Mr. Sachin has a strong command in managing various business activities along with
excellent analytical & leadership skills.
 Mr Atul Saxena, Vice President (Yashoda Group)- Having an experience of more than 30 years in
setting up green field projects. With a multitude of experience in liasoning, Management of
Employee life cycle, ideating and process management for various Indian and multinational
companies, he holds a strong command over setting up and managing an entire project from the
scratch.
