    II. TEACHER’S DEVELOPMENT

    Training – training
    1. All teachers of Junior Seminar-Workshop
    and Senior High School have
    participated the IN-SERVICE TRAINING during summer.
    After the training, the teachers were required to submit their
    report based on their learnings, realizations and insights.
    Consequently, the sharing and feedbacking was held during the
    faculty and staff meeting precisely to reinforce the learnings
    and insights of everyone.
    2. Elementary teachers are required to participate the
    ADAPTIVE AND DYNAMIC ELEMENTARY PROGRAM
    TRAINING (ADEPT) on September 21, 2022- October 5, 2022.
    Reports will be submitted to the principal after the seminar and
    sharing and feedbacking shall be held.

    Seminar-Workshop
    3. Seminar- workshop on EFFECTIVE
    LEADERSHIP for faculty and staff was
    held on August 23, 2022. The seminar-
    workshop was conducted by Mr. John
    Rey Codilla, MAEd of Davao Oriental
    State University (DORSU).
    4. Seminar-workshop on RESEARCH WRITING was held on
    August 26, 2022 for research teachers, research advisers and
    coordinator. The seminar was conducted by Mr. Jovito Crodua
    ( Master of Arts in Teaching Mathematics/ Doctor of Philosophy
    in Science Education Major in Mathematics)
    5. The Guidance Designate has
    participated the Seminar- Workshop
    for Guidance Counselors and Career
    Advocates held at Mapua Malayan
    Colleges, Matina Davao City on
    August 11-12, 2022. On August 24,
    2022 re-echo of the said seminar was
    conducted to all class advisers.
    6. K1 teacher has finished her course in Early Childhood
    Development as required by DepEd.
    7. Orientation of our Library in-charge was held on August
    25, 2022. The orientation was conducted by Ms. Catherine N.
    Salas, a licensed librarian of DORSU.
    III. ACCOMPLISHED PROJECTS
    1. Dining Area for Students/ Pupils
    2. Extension of School Canteen
    3. Dirty Kitchen
    4. 18 sets of concrete tables and benches
    IV. FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 2%

    DIOCESE.
