    The structure has a wingspan containing a glass- enclosed reception
    of about 217 feet and moves hallwith a transparent, boat- like prow

    flexible events and exhibitions.

     The building is 220 yards long,

    TURNING TORSO
     Turning Torso is a 190-meter tall
    residential skyscraper
     The building gets its name from its
    unique shape, which is based on a
    twisting torso.
     features 147 apartments, as well as office
    space and a conference center.

     The design consists of nine cubes that
    rotate around a vertical axis, creating a
    spiral shape. The building's exterior is
    clad in aluminum panels and glass, which
    reflect the changing light and give the
    building a dynamic appearance.
     The tower twists 90 degrees from the
    ground up, with each floor rotated slightly
    more than the one below it, creating a
    dynamic and fluid form.
