• The research activity was carried out to analysis the brand awareness and
perception towards general insurance and to comprehend the dimension of
awareness of the brand.  
• Brand awareness and Brand Perception help business to attract customers and
increase the number of customers, which increased sales and competitive
advantage.
• Findings- The relationship between the quality of the product and its brand name
and the satisfaction level of the customer in different way toward the brand
product.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

• SAMPLE SIZE
Total 150 samples were taken. Out of which 97 where from rural area and 53 where from urban area people
uses packaging product. It includes visiting and some selected customers, they were asked to fill the
questionnaire and feedback form.
It is important to decide which persons should be included in the study to see the accurate picture of the reality.

• RESEARCH METHOD
In this research convivence sampling method is used.
The data is divided into two parts:
A) primary data.
B) secondary data.

PROJECT
• You can create a marketing strategy based on the feedback your
customer gives about your brand awareness.
• This is a long-term plan and the new idea of your brand should be
slowly fed to your customers in terms of adverts, content, logo,
typography, and so on.
• Insisting on creating an immediate change can be harmful for your
branding as your customers might not be able to accept the sudden
changes.

Suggestions and Recommendation
• ‘Qualis Engineers’ is poor in promotions so I suggest them to
increase their promotional activities to attract the new customers.
• I will suggest them to automated there product to increase the sales
activity and utilize different technologies.
CONCLUSION

After taking a project at ‘Qualis Engineers’ and analyzing survey or questionnaire depend on the
investigation of brand awareness and perception, I reached to conclusion that the ‘Qualis Engineers’
having numerous extraordinary characteristics. The product scope of the organization is entirely
prominent in the market. In addition, profit ratio of organization is expanding that demonstrates the
splendid efficiency of showcasing division of the organization. In short, general execution of the
company is excellent.
