Rationale of the study
Recruitment is an important operation in HRM, designed to maximize
employee strength in order to meet the employer's strategic goals and
objectives.

In short, It is the first step of appointment. Recruitment refers to the


overall process of attracting, shortlisting, selecting and appointing suitable
candidates for jobs (either permanent or temporary) within an
organization.

Recruitment is a core function of human resource management .

Objectives of the study
 To analyse the sources of recruitment at Vindhya telelinks limited, rewa ,M.P
 To analyse the attitude of employees toward existing recruitment process at vindya
telelinks limited.
 To analyse the effect of recruitment on quality of performance of employees at
VTL.
 To analyse overall satisfaction of employees toward recruitment process at VTL ,
Rewa M.P.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Sources of data collection:
 Primary data are collected afresh and for the first time. It is the data originated by
the researcher specifically to address the research problem. In this study, primary
data is collected primarily to understand the existing recruitment process the
organization is using. E.g. Questionnaire
 Secondary data is collected from internet, newspapers, articles, magazines and annual reports of the
organization.

Data collection Instrument : Questionnaire

Sample Size Design : Employees and employers

Sample size : 50 employees

Sampling method : Convenient sampling

Tools for analysis : percentage method and pie chart.


LIMITATION
The sample collected is very small compared to the population of the
company. Thus , it may not bring out the extract analysis.

It is possible that respondents might have tried to maintain constancy in term
of their responses.

This research would improve the research scales of the researchers, and
would be on opportunity to gain practicle insight on the topic with respect to
selected organization.
CONTRIBUTION OF THE STUDY

From this project of Recruitment process , I conclude that


Recruitment of a candidate is purely a time consuming process
where each and every activity should be carefully gone through.
There is no fixed timeline for all the activities, it changes
according to the availability of the candidates for the vacant
position. Without a clear view of the recruitment flow, it is
important. Thus, the human asset of the company is identified
effectively through the recruitment process.
