Literature Review
Software quality testing is a critical aspect of software engineering, aimed at ensuring
that a software product meets its specified requirements and is free of defects (Atif,
2017). According to standards and guidelines such as ISO/IEC 25010, software quality
encompasses multiple attributes, including functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency,
maintainability, and portability (International Organization for Standardization [ISO],
2011). Quality testing involves a systematic process of evaluating these attributes to
identify any deficiencies or non-conformities in the software. This process includes
various types of testing, such as functional testing, performance testing, security
testing, and usability testing. The goal is to uncover any issues that may compromise
the software's performance, security, or user satisfaction. Defects, often referred to as
bugs, faults, or errors, arise from mistakes made during the software development
lifecycle. Effective quality testing aims to detect and address these defects early to
enhance the overall quality and reliability of the software product (Atif, 2017).

cases.
• Prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Bug tracking and bug reporting.
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Gathering the client’s requirement and coordinate with team to work on
it.
• Perform API testing and load testing.
• Involve in testing of newly added features on different system and report
to developers if any issues found.

Conclusion and Lesson Learnt
Through my experience as a QA intern, I have learned the importance
of collaboration and communication within the team. By working
closely with developers, product managers, and clients, I have been
able to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested
and that any issues are addressed promptly. Additionally, I have learned
the importance of staying organized and detail-oriented in order to
create effective test plans and test cases. By following best practices in
testing, I have been able to identify and resolve issues efficiently,
leading to a higher-quality software product.
