1. LISTENING
- IT IS THE ACTIVE PROCESS OF RECEIVING AND
RESPONDING TO SPOIKEN MESSAGES.

- IT IS THE CAPACITY FOR UNDERSTANDING FULLY.

3. LISTENING COMPREHENSION
- IT REFERS TO THE ABILITY TO LISTEN AND
COMPREHEND SPOKEN LANGUAGE OF MULTIPLE
INTERNAL FACTORS

WHAT IS INTERNAL FACTORS?

• basically guided by the attitude of


an individual.

MAJOR INTERNAL FACTORS
1. Physical condition:
If an individual is physically unfit, then he/
she will not be able to concentrate on the
speaker and correctly interpret the message.

2. Emotional condition:
Like physical condition, emotional condition
also has considerable impact on the listening

If we do not like a person, then we show less
attention to him\her as a result we failed to
