JHARKHAND’S RISING TALENT on 5th NOVEMBER 2023 at ARAMBH
BANQUET in RANCHI. Our event promises to be a significant gathering of about

The sponsorship amount for this event is minimum 10,000 and we kindly request your
confirmation of acceptance by 25th Oct 2023. Once we receive your acceptance, we will
prepare an invoice and payment options for your sponsorship package.

include BRANDING, MARKTING RITRICTIONS, BRAND LOGO, PRODUCT
DISPLAY
and PAYMENT TERMS. These guidelines ensure that all sponsors receive the same

2. Marketing Restrictions: Sponsors must adhereto the event's marketing restrictions, including
not
making false or misleading claims, not using offensive language or images, and not
promoting productsthat compete with the event's official sponsors.
3. Payment Terms: Sponsors must pay the sponsorship fees by the agreed-upon deadline. Failure
to do so may result in the forfeiture of sponsorship benefits.
4. Product Display Guidelines: Sponsors must comply with the event's product display
guidelines,
including the size, number, and placement of products. This helps ensure that all sponsors have equal
opportunitiesto showcase their products.
5. Booth Staffing Guidelines: Sponsors must provide adequate staff to manage their booth or
display area during the event. This helps ensure that attendeesreceive the attention they deserve

6. Code of Conduct:Sponsors must agree to behave professionally and ethicallyduring the
event, including treating event staff, attendees, and other sponsors with respect and dignity.
7. Event Liability: Sponsors are responsible for any damage or loss of property incurred
duringthe event. Sponsors should obtain their own insurance policiesto protect their interests.
8. Termination: The event organizers have the right to terminate the sponsorship agreement if the
sponsor fails to comply with the sponsorship guidelines or engages in any conduct that is
detrimental
to the event or its attendees.
