I ordered three small wrist wallets in one order and one small wrist wallet in a second order. I received two of my wrist wallets yesterday and the order was incomplete and missing one I ordered as a birthday gift. I received an email that the item would be received the next day. It has not shown up or has been received. I noticed they had an incorrect street address for me so I called Customer Service to tell them my address was wrong and I did not receive the item. The rep told me it was delivered to my house yesterday. I told her it was not received. She argued with me and I told her I did not receive an email that the item was delivered. She said she couldn't do anything for 48 hours I told her I don't want ro pay for two uems not received. She said there was nothing she could do about this or incorrect address. I told her I expected more from Coach but she didnr care. She worked from a call center outside the country. Last tire I ever order anything online. Worst service ever.
Just received these boots yesterday and was pretty disappointed. These $100 boots appeared to be a good price for this chic looking short boot. Upon arrival I tried them on immediately and they appeared 'snug' for the size ordered with no wiggle room allowed. I normally wear a 8 1/2 - ordered size 9 and its snug. Then I noticed the hard leather - no give- at the top of the boot hitting my lower leg felt uncomfortable with no bend-ability in the top of the boot. When I reached out to them they sent me directions on how to 'repair'' this new boot which I thought was odd. They don't need to be repaired since I just got them and haven't even worn them. It also said they were 'man-made' leather which is HARD as heck. It feels more like a Payless or Ross shoe that is just cute but cheaply made with no comfortability. I'm disappointed and not impressed at all with my purchase. I don't think I'll be buying from this site again.
WRONG COLOR ITEM and different from online picture. Contacted Customer Service upon receiving and told to keep item and will reorder correct color. 3 weeks later UPS Tracking reads delayed for 2 weeks and presumed LOST. Call again this time 3 weeks total and told I ordered wrong and can only get A Store Credit once I return the Wristlet that was originally told to just keep. Spoke to a Supervisor Jennifer Simpson and it got worst. Days of Customer satisfaction are OVER. ORDER FROM Coach Outlet at YOUR RISK.I spent a total of $500 and in question is a item $30...Really NOT AGAIN

I ordered my niece a puffy jacket that should've reached her by 12/30/24. However, the package went to Arkansas! I don't even know anyone in that state. They claimed they would expedite the shipping and send me a $25 gift card for my trouble. But the item still won't reach her until 1/11/25 and the gift card was sent to my brother's email. I don't have the audacity to ask him to forward it to me when his daughter's Christmas present is over 2 weeks late! I will never use this company again.
Ordered a bag and didn't like it so I returned it.
Followed up on my return after 7 days, waited 2 weeks for an update on my refund. Got an automated email saying due to the high demand of returns there are delays and they are sorry.
Got another email 6 days later saying refund will be processed in 2-5 days and have asked for a follow up as it's been 7 business days and have got no response.
Ordered Dec 2 as of Dec 18 still not received and tracking indicates it's in Rossville Ohio since Dec 10. Customer service refused to refund payment because I have to "wait 9 days since last tracking update to get refund, then it will take some days". Suspect some scamming going on here.
Obviously they don't have good safety protocols in place because someone has stolen my log in credentials and identity on the Coach Outlet website. Coach has not taken down this account and the contact info is fraudulent because it's my email and address. However, the mailing address is obviously someone else.
I purchased a wallet for $72 on sale in Oct. 2023. It fell apart around July 2024. The stitching on the inside of wallet ripped apart. I do not use the wallet daily. It's usually just sits in a draw. It is never over stuffed. I place cards in slots and carry maybe $100 in cash if that. That is really all it can handle before it will not fold flat. Very disappointed in quality and feel it should have lasted longer.
I placed an order and the mailing address was wrong. I tried to cancel the order less than 30 seconds after I placed it. There wasn't an option for that, so I contacted online support immediately and they said they weren't able to cancel it due to my payment method. The next day, before the order was mailed out I called them to try to cancel it through the mailing company or stop the shipping. They said that they would try to stop the shipping and, if that wasn't possible, they would definately send me a complementary return label. Turns out they weren't able to cancel and the package was delivered to my old address which is very far. I had to go all the way there to pick it up. After that I called again regarding my return label. Coach went back on their word again. They said that they wouldn't be able to send me a return label. I would have to pay for it or return it in one of their stores. I told the customer service representative how frustrated I was with the whole situation and she said they could give me a gift card for all that and it would arrive in 48 hours. I called a couple of days after that because they didn't send me no the gifts nor did they send me any follow-up. They went back on their word once again and told me I was not going to get any gift card.
Even though it was my mistake in the beginning, Coach didn't manage to help me when I promptly call to fix my mistake. The worst part is that they lied to me multiple times. They went back on their word and lied instead of being honest since the beginning. I am truly disappointed. Horrible customer service and shopping experience.
I received my sandals today inan oversize box for one pair of sandals, the sandals all outside the coach box and the oversized box look like the box had been open. This is not acceptable. The store clerk who packed my order should be reprimanded for their actions.
Ordered a graduation gift for my daughter over a week ago and now it's not gonna be a refund bc they already sent now it will be late. U think Coach gives a $#*!? No! They moved it back another day! No type of I'm sorry or discount on your next order! Stay away! My last time purchasing from them!
Purchased several items from coach outlet and I've had problems starting from the beginning with them with getting items received on time they'll send you an email saying it shipped and you never received it and it just sits there saying that a label was created. For a premium brand their customer service is absolutely the lady I spoke to didn't even want to help me with anything.
I bought a bag and they sent the wrong one. They told me to return it so I did. After over 2 weeks of this process I finally have my money, minus the shipping cost from the return. So I paid for a bag I never got, had to pay for shipping twice, and have given this feedback multiple times and no one has reached out. This is an atrocious approach to customer service. I'm sure the product is great but I wouldn't know, I never got mine.
I ordered a matching purse and wallet. They canceled my purse but sent the matching wallet without contacting me instead of just canceling the entire order which would have made more sense! Then I call customer service where she informs me that she would email me a shipping label or qr code so I would have to take it to ups to return it in person. Horrible customer service! Do not order from this website they are a joke!
Just made my first purchase from Coach Outlet online. The bag came unwrapped and thrown into a large mail envelope. I know these are purses at a discounted rate, but the purse was still $150. The purse was damaged and warped in multiple places, likely due to not being packaged property in shipping. According to the receipt, it came from the Phoenix outlet store. I called and spoke with two people there, and it sounds like this is completely normal for them to ship things out this poorly. If they treat their product like it is worthless, then I will definitely never shop from this site again.
I ordered items from coach outlet in the beginning of January and STILL have not received my orders, this is absolutely ridiculous. I wrote them and this was there response:
These packages are still in transit with USPS and arriving later than expected, according to their site. Please note, shipping carriers are experiencing nationwide delays due to sever weather, that may affect delivery. They have updated the packages on Feb 5,6, and 10. Please continue to check their site, www.usps.com, for updates. We cannot consider the package lost until there is 30 days with no update as these packages are shipped by boat. If the package is filed as lost or misplaced by USPS, or does not update within 30 days, we are happy to offer a replacement with expedited shipping.

I never ordered from this website before. I keep trying to place my first order but it always gives me an error message. I'm starting to think it might be because I'm based in Florida and so is their distribution center, so they want to avoid getting caught for their slow/unreliable shipping (which, after reading some reviews here, they appear to be very guilty of)
I bought a Beckett Slim Brief With Check Geo Print from them. The quality is worse than cheap $15 Chinese bags. The divider tab turned out to be made of leather substitute and began to peel off even when I had never used the briefcase. Think about it - new, never used with labels. The whole design does not stand up to any criticism, if I put my Lenovo think pad in my briefcase, then both side pockets open. From now on I will never buy the Coach brand - this is rubbish of the unworthy and 10 percent of the price paid.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a backpack and paid extra for expressed shipping. This was a week ago and still says "processing". I wish I would have read the reviews. At this point I'm just hoping I'll get the bag at some point. Will never be shopping at any Coach store again.
I have never had a problem with ordering from Coach Outlet Online, my items have always arrived wrapped and packaged decently. When I visit the actual outlet store, the employees have always been kind and helpful. I have made returns and exchanges, also with no issues. People need to pay attention to the measurements provided to them, items always look bigger in the photos, they give you the measurements, you can't really blame them if the bag is too small for you. I think a few of the reviewers may have mistakenly ordered from a replica site, there is one that tries to make their website look exactly like the legit site, I have accidentally landed on their page before, it's easy to do. The legit Coach Outlet Online will always have you enter your email address to browse and you have to register. Coach is a good brand, unfortunately all brands get a bad batch every now and then, even the higher end luxury brands have issues at times, doesn't mean the company is bad.
Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
Answer: It took 3 days to get my shipment details then after it was shipped it arrived 5 days later
