After I spend a lot of time answering surveys honestly they terminated my account. I didn't do anything that violated their policies so I decided to email them about this situation and they weren't even able to provide me an explanation for why I was banned. So don't spend you time with this website.

They are thefts. Even if you complete a survey and get the points. They can withdraw them after few minutes. They also have unreasonable practices to punish survey participants, such as not giving points after you are confirmed to have completed a survey. This happens so many times and they like to trap you by asking weird questions to insult you. All these make me think they treat survey participants as their money tree and their enemies.

Suspend accounts without valid reason. After doing surveys for more than 3 months and finally when I made my claim, then suddenly my account was flagged and then suspended. The company can basically suspend my account that I have collected for more than 3 months, just to avoid paying. NEVER participate this!

Tried it seemed legit but when you redeem after a few hours they flag your account then send you an id verification (to get an image of your driver's license) in an email then they ban you from their website total scam. When you send a help message they ignore it.

This site is like many others where you click for points in order to earn rewards. However, once you have earned the rewards by making the site money, they suspend your account, deny your reward, and despite sending professional communications they refuse to explain their reasoning. STAY AWAY! They will only waste your time and make money off of you while attempting to load spyware/malware on your devices.

So I have been having a few problems with my preferred site so I have been looking to others to get my points now.

They have numerous survey partners to choose from with superior payout rates, in fact they have just put up the points you can earn for doing the surveys.

Grabpoints has lots of offer walls with the highest paying offers & lots of app downloads, where you have to just download an app & look at it for a few minutes or reach a certain level in the game, as well as promo codes on Facebook & twitter. You can also do tasks & write reviews for other survey sites, its usually checked & the points added within 24 hours if you do it correctly. They also have quizzes, you have to read a review answer usually 5 questions which if you get them all right you get a 15 points promo code. Their is also the video wall & earning points through the games tab.

Whats also good is you have an app for grabpoints so you can even earn on the go, I feel its worth spending an hour or 2 a day on Grabpoints & you'll see how fast your points soon add up. You can also refer friends getting a bonus once they reach 1000 points, you can even get points for sharing your reward on facebook & Twitter.

When redeeming you points, $10 paypal is ******* points & £10 Amazon gift card is ******* points but when you earn an average 100 - 1000 per survey & the same for tasks it soon adds up, you reward is usually with you within 7 days but its usually sooner.

So many ways to earn, fast payouts, high paying surveys & offers, a friendly help service, it's got to be worth a try!

I have joined many reward sites over the years but quickly got bored with them as they were pretty much all the same.

Grabpoints is by far the best and quickest earner for me. Recently they have increased their earning rates and lowered their cash out rate and although I normally go for Amazon Gift cards or Paypal there are many ways to cash out, far too many to mention.

I have never been a big fan of surveys but here I seem to qualify for far more, my favourites being Tap Research which give you points for attempting a survey even if you are not a match and those on the Kickass Wall where you can earn big points. If you don't like surveys there are many other ways to earn, completing offers, playing games, downloading apps, watching videos or doing small tasks.

Many people worry that they may not get paid but this site is 100% legitimate and I have cashed out many times. You won't have to wait long for your payment either. If you are looking for something different you should try this site out. I give it 10/10.

Do tasks and watch videos for surveys or download apps and sign up to sites. Very easy to do. Free to join and earn money in the process. Very nice if your a stay at home mom.

They suspended my account without logical reasons, and it was claimed that I had another account, which is not true.

Scam. Don't bother. It appeared in my spam folder. Rude people. Rude response here^!
The customer is always right!

Be aware of this site! Some of the surveys do not pay out. When I had earned money, answered surveys, it shut me out of the site stating "suspended account". This is such a waste of time and seems like such a scam. I am very disappointed and the site offers little to no help. It doesn't even state the reason for suspension. I would highly recommend that you do not use this site, since the fact that they suspended my account for no apparent reason seems fishy. There are better apps out there that will legitimately pay what they say and also offer support, and that pays better.

When contacting the customer service they do not help. They give no reason as to why my account is suspended, neither can they give an example. All answers are standardized, and give absolutely no answer as to why a person is suspended. As I had earned enough to ask for a payout, the suspended my account terminated it and gave absolutely no reason as to why. They also do not pay out for the surveys and redact points for surveys. I highly recommend you do not use this app and website as they are terminating people to not pay the money the owe.

So a summery:
1. The don't pay for all surveys
2. The customer support offers no support or has no idea what has happened and can't give any examples.
3. They terminate and suspend the account to not pay what they owe.
4. They give absolutely no reason as to why the account is terminated
5. Answers to reviews are the same, and still offers no reason. They just states "fraudulent behaviors have been noticed". What are these "fraudulent behaviors" and they never can answer in any of the reviews. Most positive reviews are bought and are not true users. Have a lot to say, however, they seem to manipulate all answers and offer no clear context. Don't waste your time with these

The Surveys and Rewards are really good. A learning experance in marketng and social knowledge as well.
