私は１９９６年にジョブウェブを創設。アンダーセン コンサルティング（現アクセンチュア）を経て、１９９９年に株式会社に改組し代表取締役社長に就任しました。その後、学生の就職活動支援と企業の採用活動支援に取り組んで来ました。
20年間この活動をしてきたので、就活に取り組む数多くの先輩たちと向き合ってきました。その中で、成功事例、失敗事例を沢山見てきました。納得いく就活ができた人の思考パターンや行動パターンを見つめてきました。共通した部分を現役就活生に伝えると、就活がいい感じに展開して行きます。
就活支援を通じてできたつながりがあるために、様々な分野で活躍しているビジネスパーソンを紹介することもしています。就活生の悩み相談にのっていて、７年前に同じような悩みを持っている人がいたなあと思い出して、二人をつないであってもらうというようなことをしてきました。
さらに、企業の経営者、採用チームの方々と、より良い採用活動を目指したプロジェクトに取り組んでいますので、企業はどういう人を採用したいと考えていて、どのようにそれを見抜いているのかを、私は知っています。この知見を就活をしている学生の皆さんにお伝えすることは、自分の使命だと感じています。

These fatalities mark the first measles-related deaths in the United States since 2015 and the first pediatric measles death since 2003.
The YSPH Virtual Medical Operations Center Briefs (VMOC) were created as a service-learning project by faculty and graduate students at the Yale School of Public Health in response to the 2010 Haiti Earthquake. Each year, the VMOC Briefs are produced by students enrolled in Environmental Health Science Course 581 - Public Health Emergencies: Disaster Planning and Response. These briefs compile diverse information sources – including status reports, maps, news articles, and web content– into a single, easily digestible document that can be widely shared and used interactively. Key features of this report include:
- Comprehensive Overview: Provides situation updates, maps, relevant news, and web resources.
- Accessibility: Designed for easy reading, wide distribution, and interactive use.
- Collaboration: The “unlocked" format enables other responders to share, copy, and adapt it seamlessly.
The students learn by doing, quickly discovering how and where to find critical information and presenting it in an easily understood manner.
