The following content are media from the Street Fighter universe that appeared throughout the Super Smash Bros. franchise. The latest game represented in this universe is Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers, released on May 26, 2017.

    • Super Smash Bros. 4 Ryu debuts in this game as a playable character for player 1.
    • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Ken Masters debuts in this game as a playable character for player 2.
    • Super Smash Bros. 4 The Hadoken, Shoryuken, and Tatsumaki Senpukyaku debut in this game as special moves.
    • Super Smash Bros. 4 Negative edge originates from this game.
    • Super Smash Bros. 4 The "raised fist" victory pose debuts in this game after defeating an opponent.

Street Fighter Alpha: Warriors' Dreams[edit]

    • Super Smash Bros. 4 Ryu's up taunt of tightening his headband, and the portion of his idle pose where he adjusts his gloves, debuted both as taunts and in his "fight start" animation in this game. The stomping animation of Ryu's down taunt originated in this game as Akuma's taunt.
    • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Ryu now rears his body back at the startup of the Tatsumaki Senpukyaku in the same way he does before doing the Shinku Tatsumaki Senpukyaku, a move that debuted in this game.
    • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Ken's down taunt animation debuted in this game.

    • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Kyle Hebert (English) and Hiroki Takahashi (Japanese) have voiced Ryu, and Reuben Langdon (English) has voiced Ken, starting in this game. All three actors reprise their roles in Smash.
