Wario (SSB4)/Up tilt
Overview[edit]
Wario raises both of his arms, raising the roof. The attack possesses long lasting arms and head intangibility in tandem with a large hitbox that extends slightly past his hands and even covers Wario's body, making it a very good anti-air, beating out the likes of Cloud's down air. The early hit can combo into itself at very low percents, then into up airs at low-mid percents. There is also a long-lasting late hit with very low knockback that can combo into almost anything, even at very high percents. The late hit can be used on certain ledge options to get a combo into Wario Waft or up smash to kill. At higher percents, the early hit of up tilt can kill. It is also strangely able to hit certain characters ledge hangs, due to its low body hitbox, which can extend its combo ability somewhat.
Despite its strengths, it has a notable weakness in its high startup. This makes the move much less safer to use, as its possible to get punished before it is out. It also has very poor horizontal range, requiring Wario to be very close to his opponent in order to land it, limiting its use on against grounded opponents.
