Aqua is a witch that only appears in Densetsu no Starfy. She has talons like Harpies from Greek mythology. She gives the player the Magic Set.
Name origins
- Japanese name: アクア (Akua) may both be inspired by 悪 (aku; wickedness) and the color aqua.
- Chinese name: 小巫女 (Xiǎowūnǚ) is literally "small witch"/xiǎo wūnǚ.
Trivia
- Aqua uses the pronoun Watashi in Japanese.
- When talking to her for the first time, Aqua introduces herself and says that she came from "The Land of Magic" (まほうのくに) to play. This is one of the very few global locations mentioned in the series, not to mention one we never get to see.
