Q: Can we bring in our own food to Farmfest?

A: Yes. Since we do not serve food—picnics, snacks and beverages are encouraged. We only sell bottles water, marshmallows and popsicles in the summer and on Farmfest Music Evenings we have food trucks.

Q: Do I need to print my reservation?

A: No, you do not. After an email confirmation verifying your purchase, you will automatically be added to our guest list. —However? It is often a good idea to have this email confirmation on your phone if there is a discrepancy.

Q: What happens in the case of inclement weather?

A: Should Sunflower Farm close due to inclement weather, you will be contacted via email at least 2.5 hours prior to event. —You will be given two choices: 1. Reschedule 2. Future Farmfest credit. However light snow and rain are acceptable.

Q: What happens if the weather gets bad during farmfest?

A: You will be offered shelter, or you can take shelter in your car. If the weather stays bad for more than 1 hour, you will be offered rain vouchers upon exiting.

Q: What happens if I make a reservation and my child is sick the day of farmfest?

A: I am sorry, due to capacity issues, and the fact that many days are sold out, we can not issue refunds. However, you are encouraged to find someone else who will enjoy the tickets or contact us before the event and we will reschedule you. Please note all music events are non-refundable and can not be rescheduled for a future event.

Q: What happens if tickets are sold out the day that I want to come?

A: You are welcome to email, call or text us to inquire about cancellations. We check emails regularly, especially hours before FARMFEST. Often, we can accommodate you. PLEASE NOTE: emails/texts are checked more frequently than voicemail. Email us or text us at 303-774-8001.

Q: When do sunflowers bloom?

A: The answer is usually the end of July or early to mid August. However, be aware we only grow ornamental fields of sunflowers.

Q: What purchase currency do you use?

A: All of Sunflower Farm Goods and Services Products are to be purchased in USD. We may engage third party services in connection with the operation of our business. Examples of these services include: payment processing and authorization, fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
