I hired Chef Brandon Rodrigues from Take a Chef to cook for us on my husband's birthday. We are an American couple, traveling the world, and staying in a flat in KL for 3 months. We have never before hired a personal chef. The experience was outstanding. Both Chef Brandon and his assistant were exceptional at their craft. They were engaging and interesting and extremely nice. The dishes were beautiful and delicious. My husband was extremely pleased as well. We highly recommend Take a Chef, and Chef Brandon, for anyone who wants a fun, relaxing, delicious experience!

Chef Sabrina was AMAZING. The food she cooked for use for delicious. She came to our Airbnb and worked her way through the kitchen like a pro. She cleaned everything up and took all the trash. We couldn't even tell she was there besides the left overs in the fridge. Highly recommend Chef Sabrina.

From communication prior to coming to my home to final clean up, Chef Omar was very responsive, professional and very friendly. He even surprised with a meal that was not even on the menu! The meals were very delicious and the presentation was amazing. I will recommend Chef Omar anytime! It was our first experience but well worth it!

I can’t recommend Marco enough! He cooked an incredible in-home dinner for my 35th birthday, and it was such a special experience. From start to finish, Marco was a total professional with an amazing attitude. Our group was a bit rowdy (sorry, Marco!), but he handled it all with such warmth and humour, making sure we had the best time. Not only was the food phenomenal – beautifully presented and absolutely delicious – but Marco also took the time to explain the story behind every dish, which made the experience even more memorable. Leading up to the night, his communication was excellent. He made adjustments for dietaries without a hitch and never made us feel like any request was too much. If you're looking for a private chef who’s personable, talented, and just an all-around legend, Marco is your guy. Thank you so much for making my birthday so unforgettable!

Chef Johnny was great to have as our chef for a bachelorette/birthday weekend! He was able to work with us to create a menu that was able to accommodate the various dietary needs of our group and all dishes were delicious. He was even able to bring a freshly baked birthday cake!

We had an amazing late dinner after a busy travel day. Everything was delicious and we had plenty of food for our large group.

Chef Antonio was really great. The highlight was the dessert, it was beautiful and tasted amazing! He was very friendly and served 11 people by himself with ease.

This was such a great experience - we booked Pedro for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a bachelorette party and he did not disappoint! He was extremely accommodating for our vegetarian diet and helped curate the menu for our dietary restrictions, including gluten free options. Each meal was presented so nicely, and the quality of the ingredients and food was a highlight. Everything in the kitchen and dining area was cleaned after each meal and even leftover food was kept properly in the fridge. I highly recommend Pedro if you are thinking to book a private chef experience, this will always be a highlight of our trip!

The whole experience was incredible. The Chef Kali was very easy to work with, responded to questions quickly, and made sure to keep in touch regularly to make sure we knew exactly what was going on and what to expect (as well as to make sure all details were accounted for). The chef experience was a gift for my boss and her husband and they absolutely loved it. The food was amazing and Chef Kali was so nice and did such a good job. They came into work talking to everyone about how awesome the experience was and showing everyone pictures, and in every picture they had the biggest smile. Everything about it was awesome and Chef Kali was amazing.

We had the most amazing experience with Chef Jennifer and her crew. I have worked with quite a few private chefs and while all my experiences have been good, this one was the best! From communication leading up to the event all the way through cleanup. We were looking for someone personable to be able to our inquisitive and wild bunch and this crew exceeded our expectations. The presentation and the meal blew our guests away and there was plenty of good for some of our big eaters. I will definitely be booking Chef Jennifer again for any future family gatherings we have. Mylla was exceptional. We hired her for two meals - breakfast and dinner. She worked with us on custom menus. The food exceeded our expectations - the selections were creative and super tasty - everyone was raving about everything! The presentation was thoughtful and beautiful and her service was wonderful.
