GRAPHICS PACKAGES
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Have TESCO produce and install graphics before your vehicle is delivered. You will have a serviceable vehicle as soon as it arrives at your facility.

TESCO prides itself on being a “full service” bus provider, and it starts with our in-house bus graphic design department. Take advantage of getting your company or organization name & logo out there by looking into our reasonable graphics packages.

Basic Graphics Package

  • Full color bus company logo on the beltway, front, and back of the bus.
  • Tag line located along the beltway, front, and back of the bus.
  • Includes one color city, state, phone number and website markings.

Artwork Requirements

Acceptable Software

  • Adobe Photoshop CS
  • Adobe Illustrator CS
  • Adobe InDesign CS

File Types

  • Raster file extensions: .JPG .TIFF .PSD
  • Vector file extensions: .EPS .AI and .PDF
  • Logos should be vector-based, or very high-resolution rasterized files in order to maintain a high level of quality in the production of your art.

Fonts

  • Please convert all fonts to outlines or “collect for output” before sending your files.

Supported File Transport

  • EMAIL ~ (up to 15MB) files can be emailed to: [email protected] and to your sales or customer service representative
  • FTP ~ (15MB or over)
  • USB DRIVE

Color Management

  • Please let us know if you have any Pantone (PMS) Color numbers when you’re sending us your files or make sure they are embedded in your vector artwork. Full color press proofs can be provided upon request.
  • Please note that our machines use four color process. Some Pantone colors cannot be matched in CMYK and there can be a noticeable color shift. Please inform your sales representative if you have color sensitive projects.

  • Color matching when no PMS numbers were given or specified
  • Color matching raster artwork
  • Non-print ready files
  • Spelling errors in a file not typeset by us
  • Spelling errors in a file signed off on by the client
  • Errors in layout of a file signed off by the client
  • Missed deadlines due to waiting for approval on artwork from client or waiting for customer supplied materials
  • Damage to materials in shipment
