Light Bar Install help

I am what you would say ..... not mechanically gifted. Although I try to get things done. I bought a light bar and wiring harness to install on my 2014 Honda ATV.
I got it all wired up (challenging).....
The front rack is 3/4" tubing, I am wanting to mount it using the below type mounts to avoid drilling hole through the rack.
All I can find is 1" mounts, I'm guessing I could use some rubber strips to help make the 1" mounts work ??? Suggestions???

So I ordered the mounts shown in the photo I posted above in 1".
I thought I could shim them down to the 3/4" bar I wanted to mount them on...... But it wasn't happening.
I used foam, cork, rubber but the still would either vibrate loose or wouldn't tighten up enough.
After a week + of putting them on and taking them off I said **** it.
I bought stainless hardware and bolted them to the rack.
