Nick Bosa's mom issues one word response to Chiefs-Eagles Super Bowl
San Francisco 49ers star Nick Bosa's mother, Cheryl, made it clear what she thinks of another Philadelphia Eagles-Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl.
Nick Bosa's mother, Cheryl, made it clear how she feels about Super Bowl LIX featuring the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs.
The San Francisco 49ers finished the 2024 NFL season 6-11 and missed out on the playoffs just a year after making it to the Super Bowl, facing off against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs. San Francisco fell to Kansas City, 25-22, in overtime as the 49ers continued their championship drought.
With the 49ers close to another title, expectations were sky-high for San Francisco and its failure to make it back to the Super Bowl has made fans of the team not want to tune in. Count Cheryl as one of those fans who cares little for the upcoming Big Game.

On Instagram, Cheryl posted a one-word message, clearly defining her thoughts on a San Francisco-less Super Bowl. "Mood..." she wrote on her Instagram stories over a clip of 49ers star Christian McCaffrey from 2023 talking about who he would be watching in that year's Super Bowl.
Of note, this is the second time in three years that the Eagles will be facing off against the Chiefs in the biggest game of the season. And in 2023, McCaffrey admitted that he would not be rooting for a specific team, especially since the Eagles eliminated the 49ers in the NFC Championship Game that year.
"I hope they both lose," the star running back told Sports Illustrated when asked who he thought would win. "I don't have a prediction. We just lost in the NFC Championship Game to the Eagles, so that's probably why. But no, when you lose, always watching Super Bowls, they're tough for us because you obviously wish you were there. So I hope they both lose."
With the expectations for the season unmet, Nick was blunt about how the year ended for San Francisco, a 47-24 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Speaking to reporters after that game, the star pass rusher summed up the 49ers' lost season in a way only he could.
"Kind of embarrassment,” he said after being trumped by the Cardinals. “It doesn’t feel good. It’s hard to look the guys in their faces, and as a leader on the team, and that’s the product that we kept putting out there game after game. It’s pretty embarrassing.”

To add to a disappointing season, Nick received flak from many fans on social media for outwardly displaying his support for Donald Trump. After a 'Sunday Night Football' game, the star crashed a postgame interview with George Kittle and Brock Purdy and flashed a white 'Make America Great Again' hat.
Nick was fined $11,255 for breaking the NFL's rules regarding what players can wear. "Players are prohibited from wearing, displaying, or otherwise conveying personal messages either in writing or illustration, unless such message has been approved in advance by the league office," rule 5, section 4, article 8 of the NFL rulebook stated.
“The league will not grant permission for any club or player to wear, display, or otherwise convey messages... which relate to political activities or causes, other non-football events, causes or campaigns, or charitable causes or campaigns.”
