Caipirinha
A delicious take on the classic Caipirinha cocktail, this Rum Caipirinha cocktail blends dark rum with zingy lime and sugar.
Equipment
- 1 x Small rocks glass
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Muddler
- 1 x Spoon
- 1 x Knife
- 1 x Chopping board
Method
Step 1
Using your knife, cut three lime wedges and place them into the rocks glass, together with the sugar.
Step 2
Press down on the lime wedges with the muddler, then top up the glass with ice.
Step 3
Measuring with the jigger, add the rum into the glass and gently stir.
Step 4
Top with more ice and add a lime wedge to garnish.
