HATS OFF TO THE CHRISTIAN FATHER!

Now that we are in the beginning of a New Year, I believe that it is high time that we stop relying on the ‘bad news’ of lack of fathers (and mothers) in many homes, and sing the praises of the fathers who are on the job, doing the job, and making headway against the winds of the worldly negativity which has wrapped our American society over the last several decades.

Feminism may be a wicked culprit—but Satan has many tricks at his disposal!

IT MUST BE MORALITY OVER MONEY!

It’s not enough for a society to get God’s blessing but to be obedient unto him IN the blessing.

Now that the ‘great’ election of 2024 is in our rear view mirrors, and Donald J. Trump will return to the White House in historic fashion as the 47th President of the United States.  The ‘wizards of smart’ are singing a different tune.  Seems that the money is flowing, and the smiles are growing.  The enemies that were on the outside of ‘Trump land’ are form

In an alarming dis13324541291?profile=RESIZE_400xplay of political naivety, the recent comments made by Governor Sir Siminilayi Fubara at the launch of projects in Ahoada and Etche have ignited outrage among the citizens of Rivers State. Engr. Chukwuemeka Woke, Director General of the National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency (NOSDRA), did not hold back in his rebuke, reminding the governor of the allies who paved his way to power.

"To publicly denigrate those who stood by you is not just shortsighted; it's a betrayal,

TAKE THE LONG VIEW!

There was a time when one of the first things that an older person would ask a teenager is: “What do you want to be when you grow up?”  In that one question, the elder would demonstrate to the younger that there was more to life than ‘texting and gaming’.

In that one question is the wisdom in taking ‘the long view’ of life.

Somehow, many have become ‘time compressed’ to deliberately overlook the social graces of God, Bible and ‘good religion’, as well as just

A SUCCESS PRIMER FOR YOUNG BLACK MEN--CONCLUSION

You may wonder why I’ve spent much of this year writing about this topic to my younger Black brothers coming along, and the next generation behind them.  Simply put, it ties in with the reason why I started writing a syndicated column in the first place. Back in the 90s, I saw little effort, but a LOT of talk in providing upright materials to encourage Black men, while the market was (and still is) flooded with material to encourage Black wo

BATTLE OF THE BOX CHECKERS, PART 3

In the first two parts of this series, we took a brief look behind the window of D.E.I.  The world of the Marxist liberal calls it Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.  In my view, it means Destroy Every Institution.  We also told of a D.E.I. officer who ‘let it slip’ who were the REAL targets of this satanic scourge.   She has since apologized for releasing the list (and letting the mask drop) for the whole world to see:

 *White People

*Able-Bodied People

*Hete

A WORD FOR CUSTODIAL PARENTS

I’ll give you the commercial right up front.  The word is ‘forgiveness’.

We are coming into a time of year which many judges and courts dread.  It is called the holiday pipeline.  This simply means that courts are inundated with this suit or that petition filed by some custodial parents to keep noncustodial parents from either visiting with, or seeing their biological children during the major holidays.

While the family court system differs from state

GUESS WHAT?—YOU WILL HAVE ENEMIES!

I had been stuck for an opening to this column, when I began to think about social media and the thousands of people who are addicted to having their postings being ‘liked’.  I’ve even read about some teens and millennials committing suicide over the lack of likes on their social media pages and postings.  Some of them listed among the dead were—surprise—social media influencers!

Let an old P-school Ranger clue you in on one key fact of life.  You WI

IT’S SIMPLE: THE RABBLE WERE ROUSED!

Many of the pollsters, Democrat pundits, social engineers, ‘wizards of smart’, the ‘shrews of The View’, the elites and the billionaire and celebrity classes got it wrong again as to why Donald Trump won re-election as the nation’s 47th President.  Let me spell it out in very clear terms: The Rabble Were Roused!  Folks of every stripe, color, economic class and social position made their way to the polls and sent Mr. Trump BACK to Washington with a very

WHEN DID OUR BLACK HISTORY BECOME HATE SPEECH?  PART 1

I know that I will cause more than a few eyebrows to be raised based on the title of my column for today.  However, I trust that I’ll be able to unpack a reasonable explanation in order for we as a people to stop being programmed by the world system and get back to being a godly, prosperous and God-fearing people.

Let me lead off with this observation about myself.  I’m a fan of US Military History. The late four-star Gen. George

A SUCCESS PRIMER FOR YOUNG BLACK MEN, PART 11

We’ve spent much of a great year together, examining the components of manhood that you—my young brother—will need to become an upright man in a society full of males who are not sure in what direction they are traveling.  Who knows?  There may come a time when you can pass on your knowledge to another young brother, as I have been blessed to pass on what I have learned in life to you.

I just have a few other things to impart to you, to ad

A QUICK REFRESHER: MISS RIGHT VS MS WRONG PART 2

Based upon the responses which I have gotten to my first column, again, I have dusted off this list from about 20 years ago and are posting the hits for the brotherhood.  Keep in mind that you may feel free to start your own list.  However, since many young men were not around when I first wrote on this subject, and since there are new generations of young man who have been raised in a feminized American society, I continue with this next col

REAL MEN DON’T NAG

The time seems right to address this topic, considering what men have been facing.  But first, let me start off from the top of the deck.  Some of my male friends who are married have mostly daughters, and few-to-no sons.  Now, I’ve noticed something about these brothers, when it comes to relating to and talking with other brothers—there seems to be a little nagging in their voices.

Maybe, they are upset because they haven’t been blessed with sons.

Facts of the Matter:  Governor Sim Vs Martins Amaehule and 26 Members of the RSHA

It is not about being eloquent; matters of the Judiciary are not for eloquent speakers or natural thinkers. Court orders are Orders where Reliefs are sought! As long as Orders have been made, they are enforceable until a higher court says otherwise. And that is why the Appellant, Gov Fubara is on his way to the Supreme Court even though his case is helpless. Only a political Solution can help him now.

The unfortunate story of the Ogoni repression has too many instances of avoidable mistakes. The first was the failure of the Nigerian government to take advantage of Ken Saro-Wiwa. The most recent is an attempt to foist Sahara Energy on Ogoni ignoring an express rejection of the company by the communities.

This time, Nigeria could lose the benefits of tremendous efforts we have made in convincing the Ogoni people to accept the idea of resuming oil production in the area.  Nigeria should not turn

TWO SAYINGS AND TWO SINS

Of the quotes I have been blessed to have collected over the years, these two have impact on this month’s column.  They come from two different eras but are pretty much on the same side of the same coin.  The first saying comes from one of my heroes, Booker T. Washington.  Here is his quote: “A whining, crying race may be pitied…but seldom respected.”

Let me break this first saying down as it reflects upon our race in these last days.  While many of our youn

BORDER ATTACK AND WHAT HISTORY TEACHES THE PREPARED

In picking up where I left off in our last thrill-packed episode, we were talking about the third ‘time shift’ concerning Modern Street Gangs.  The influx of foreign gang and cartel members, illegals with gang ties, and terrorists fueled by witchcraft, satanic worship and demonic infestation—along with hard-core narcotics--have made their way from the southern—and northern borders—into a variety of states.

Sahara Energy has had a good chance of being accepted as an operator for the Ogoni oil fields. In 2019, when the news first broke out about Sahara's interest and maneuvers to assume the operatorship of the oilfields, IMOSOP made frantic efforts to contact Sahara for a dialogue and was turned down.

The mindset suggested that the government had backed the deal between Sahara and the NNPC and any opposition against the deal would likely be crushed with the force of state.

MOSOP's eventual rejection
