John Ellis Bush, nicknamed Jeb Bush, is an American politician who was elected as Florida’s 43rd Governor in 1999. He is also famous for being the second son of George H.W. Bush, the 41st President of the United States.
Family Life
His mother is the late Barbara Pierce, former First Lady of the United States. His elder brother, George W. Bush, served as the United States’ 43rd President.
He grew up with four other siblings as well; Neil, Marvin, Dorothy and Robin, who died when Jeb was only eight months old.
He married a Mexican woman, Columba Garnica Gallo, in 1974, and they have three children (George Prescott, Noelle Lucille and Jeb Bush Jnr.) together.
Trivia
Bush shared the opinion that illegal immigrants should be allowed to access legal status but not be allowed to access citizenship.
He also supports abortion in special cases like rape, incest, and when the pregnancy is dangerous for the mother’s health.
