Family Life
He was born to Agnes and Adam Belushi. He grew up with three siblings, including older brother John Belushi. In 1998, he married Jennifer Sloan. The couple welcomed their first child in 1999. In 2002, they had another child. Prior to his marriage to Jennifer, he had been married and divorced twice. He fathered a son named Robert James with his first wife Sandra. Robert grew up to become a popular actor.
Trivia
In 2004, he sued his next-door neighbor, actress Julie Newmar for $4 million in damages after accusing her of destroying his property and repeatedly making defamatory statements about him to his friends and acquaintances.
In 2012, he supported President Barack Obama during his re-election campaign.
