Career in brief
Her passion for athletics began as a child competing in local clubs before she represented Brownfield High School. She was then chosen by the University of Texas and became a member of their basketball team. Following her success throughout her college years, she proceeded to play for numerous successful basketball teams, including the Houston Comets, Seattle Storm, and Tulsa Shock.
On the international stage, she was chosen to the USA national team and competed in the 1994 World Championships. Following her retirement, she coached numerous high-profile teams, including Mercer Island High School and Loyola–Chicago.
