Rozlyn Khan Accuses Society Members Of Harassment And Property Damage, Files Police Complaint

Rozlyn Khan, who is currently undergoing treatment after suffering from acquired platelet function defect post-breast cancer recovery, has filed a police complaint against the society members of her residential building. In her complaint filed in the Oshiwara Police Station, Andheri West, Rozlyn accused members of harassment and property damage. In a series of tweets on X, Rozlyn explained how the society members have been troubling her.

In her tweet, the model-actress wrote, “I can’t stay in a premises where my safety is compromised and I’m pushed to play dirty games ..! I quit..! Decided to sell the flat n shift to posh society where I have peace of mind.. it’s not all the battle you have to fight ..! I have bigger aims and bigger battles to win ..! But I’m making a legal statement that from local police station to duty officers are managed .. I I will push things to you to decide if I am even one percent guilty of anything ? They tortured to a limit where watchman stopped my ambulance at the main gate when my platlete count dropped down to 37000, and I was made to walk out of my tower to take ambulance at 2am , and these bunch of people are losers they are jobless and sitting to torture me day night till I leave this place .. @narendramodi @bjp @MumbaiPolice @mieknathshinde @CPMumbaiPolice.”

Rozlyn tagged Mumbai Police, Maharashtra CM, Eknath Shinde, Mumbai’s Police Commissioner, Bharatiya Janata Party and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in her tweet.

In her another X post, Rozlyn Khan shared pictures and videos of her society premises and her damaged cars. She mentioned that both cars were spoiled by the cement. The actress said, “Both cars are spoiled by cement, black paint and grey plastic paint .. no safety measures are followed , debris was falling on cars and No police support for last one and half years ,according to them this is civil matter .. is this a civil matter now I dnt want to waste time sitting in police station. Would rather relax and eat good food .. Abhi abhi to chemotherapy stop hui hai..! @BMC & @mumbaipolice both can put penalty on them for not using safety net and keeping garbage , huge garbage under my window only .. @narendramodi @mieknathshinde @bjp CPMumbaiPolice.”

Rozlyn’s letter to the Assistant Commissioner of Police is also going viral on social media. In the letter, she explained all the issues to the ACP. Now, she is feeling slightly better.
