  The tour was very good and provided a lot of insight into the areas visited. The days were setup in a way where the information built on each other and semi-chronological (old kingdom to Middle kingdom ending with new kingdom). Some of the days were a little packed, but nothing was too tiring.

  This tour was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I was picked up at the airport, everything was meticulously planned and executed with great attention to detail. Every aspect of the journey—logistics, accommodations, guides, and excursions—was handled seamlessly, making it one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. I arrived a day early and decided to take the Alexandria tour before the official itinerary began. The guide for this excursion was friendly, knowledgeable, and highly attentive, setting the tone for what would be a well-organized and enriching trip. When the official tour began, I was joined by 19 other travelers who quickly became friends. We started with a visit to the Pyramids of Giza, where our guide made sure I had the full experience, even arranging a camel ride and providing a traditional scarf. Seeing the pyramids up close was a breathtaking moment. Afterward, we visited the Museum of Egyptian Civilization, where the guide navigated us through the crowds efficiently while providing insightful historical context. We then flew to Luxor, where we met our main guide for the rest of the trip, Saladino. He was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and always ensuring our safety. We visited Karnak Temple early in the morning, which was perfect because there were no crowds, making the experience truly special. Later, we explored Luxor Temple, followed by a horse carriage tour through the city, an enjoyable and unique way to see Luxor’s local life. That evening, we boarded our Nile cruise (Redemis), which turned out to be the highlight of the trip. The ship was exceptionally clean, the service was excellent, and the entire cruise experience was magical. On my birthday, I had the incredible opportunity to take a hot air balloon ride over Luxor—an unforgettable experience. We then visited Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple, where Saladino continued to provide in-depth explanations of Egypt’s rich history. The highlight of the day was the Valley of the Kings, where I was able to get an additional entrance to the tomb of Sety I, thanks to Saladino’s assistance. Despite the crowds, the experience was absolutely worth it. That night, the staff on the cruise surprised me with a birthday cake and a small celebration, making my special day even more memorable. As we continued our journey, we visited the Temple of Horus in Edfu before sailing to Kom Ombo, where we explored the temple dedicated to Horus and Sobek, the crocodile god. The evening on the cruise was especially lovely—watching the Nile River scenery pass by, enjoying delicious food, and experiencing top-tier service. The cruise also offered additional activities such as “falafel social” and “tea time,” which added to the enjoyment of the trip. One of the most incredible days was visiting Abu Simbel in the morning, where I was completely in awe of the grand temple of Ramses II. It was one of the two moments in the trip that gave me goosebumps—the other being my first sight of the Great Pyramid. In the afternoon, we visited the Nubian Village, an incredibly colorful and welcoming place that offered a unique cultural experience. In addition to the scheduled itinerary, the tour included several extra experiences that were not in the official program but were fantastic. We visited a place where they demonstrated how papyrus is made, a spice store with high-quality products, and an alabaster workshop where artisans put on a show demonstrating how they carve the stone. We also visited the Aswan Dam, a fascinating stop that provided more context on Egypt’s modern engineering marvels. Throughout the trip, Saladino was an exceptional guide—friendly, highly intelligent, and always making sure we were safe and comfortable. He truly took care of the group like a father figure, which was exactly the kind of support needed in a country as culturally rich and different as Egypt. This tour exceeded all my expectations. It provided a well-rounded experience of Egypt, from historical wonders to cultural immersion, all while being stress-free and expertly organized. I must also mention Harry, the behind-the-scenes group leader, who handled all the logistics, ensuring smooth connections between flights, guides, and excursions. His initial briefing upon arrival in Cairo set the stage for a perfectly structured tour. If you want a fulfilling, comprehensive, and truly enjoyable experience of Egypt, I highly recommend this tour. It is worth every moment and every penny.

  The tour generally exceeded expectations. The accommodation and food on the cruise ship were of a very good standard for the price, the sun sun deck with pool was also a big highlight. The holiday was also stress free and we felt well looked after. The guide who showed us round the pyramids and Cairo museum was extremely knowledgeable and shared a good amount of information with us. Using headsets in the museum was a good way of making sure we didn't miss anything. The second tour guide, who accompanied us for the main part of the trip from Luxor to Aswan was pleasant enough, however he did not make much if an effort to convey as much information as I would have liked and his tours felt very rushed. It would have been great to learn more about the social, cultural and economic context when the temples were built, as well as Egypt today. I felt like he was doing the bare minimum and did not make the effort to engage with the group. I felt sorry for the older members of the group some of whom were hard of hearing and could not keep up with the pace.

  Fantastic tour of Egypt. All of the sites that we saw were amazing and tours were great. Travel arrangements were easy and Harry made sure we were always taken care of. Highly recommend this tour.

  Ahmed Ekallaf was incredibly instructive and fun while guiding us through the MULTIPLE sites from Luxor to Aswan. We had a group of about 22 and he was well organized while managing to keep our herd together.

  This an extra ordinary experience and highly recommended. We felt safe every we went. It is like going back in time while travelling in a luxury floating hotel. The service and food was really good. Our tour guide Ahmed Elkallaf was excellent and he was friendly, knowledgeable and informative without over loading us . He helped us understand the images and sites. We visited the valley of the king temples and tombs and they were all slightly different. I wish we had done this sooner

  Our tour guide Ahmed Elkallaf was very knowledgeable and provided lots of interesting facts. We really enjoyed the tour. I do believe the experience would have been much better if the travelers were provided with headsets to listen to the guides. Some places that we visited were very crowded with multiple tour guides speaking and it was difficult to hear our guide.
