Bodymod

Hi everyone. I encountered a weird situation. I discovered some online scam called bodymod. They are based in Malta, Monkeys In Space Ltd. Of course they don’t accept returns, not even on day one. I picked up the order, went home, took out the products and surprise, they are over the size indicated on the website! So i wanted a refund and they refuse indicating an european law. Please avoid using their services! All of the positive reviews are fake unfortunately. I will also test the products with a local gold authentication provider and come back with another review.

I'm sorry that you had a "weird situation". Please allow me to respond to your points, and for the clarity for all readers:

1. I can happily testify and guarantee that we are not an online scam. We ship all over the world with many thousands of happy customers. Yes, we have an HQ in Malta and operate the business Bodymod under an umbrella name. This is common for many businesses to operate in this way, and is in no way, shape or form, a scam.

2. We accept returns within 100 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is in the sealed packet we shipped it in. This should give customers COMPLETE confidence that they are buying brand new jewellery. We don't sell jewellery worn by someone else!

3. The size you mentioned is correct, but how you have interpreted the measurement is not. The labret you bought is 10mm in length, measured between each end. As evidenced by your photo and video sent to me, you are mistakenly measuring the full length of the labret, which is incorrect. Our measuring guide can be found on our site in the footer

4. The comment that our reviews are fake are simply without any base of truth. I can assure you that the thousands of reviews you see are not fake. Our efforts are concentrated on driving the business forward and providing a good experience to as many people as possible. We don't have the will, desire or time to make up reviews.

5. 14k gold is as advertised; 14k gold. You are welcome to test the gold, as is your right as a consumer.

With all this being said, I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. I will continue to talk directly to you, as we are doing at the time I respond to your review.

Great Customer Service!

I recently started using Bodymod after getting some new piercings. I haven't worn jewellery for a long time since getting my ears pierced as a child, so im on a bit of a learning curve when it comes to piercings. As such I've had a few queries along the way and the customer service I have received from the staff at Bodymod has been fantastic! The jewellery I have purchased has been great quality and have always had quick and helpful responses to any of my questions 😁

best place you can get jewelry by far

have bought several times from here, will never buy from any other website. nice products (the box they come in is so cute and feels so lush also lol 😭), amazing quality and customer service (thank you so much Nadia 🥲) and it arrives super quick!

Loosing pices

I love the fact that you get to know the quality of the products you by. The only problem I had was the top part of the bellybutton Pircing kept getting ripped out and dissapeard while being active and not just sitting still. every time I bought a new one the same thing happened.

Costumer service and refund

had an issue with a product that i bought recently. asked for a replacement or a refund. after sending some photos of the faulty product they gave me two options: either a credit to the store for the price of the order or a refund. i chose a refund. everything went quick and well, no setbacks and waiting for a reply. probably one of the nicest interactions with costumer service. would recommend!

Great experience!!


This is my third time shopping at this store, and I’m still impressed! Great prices and beautiful pieces, fast delivery. Unfortunately, my parcel went missing due to an AnPost error, but the shop’s customer service was fantastic. They quickly offered to resend the item at no extra cost and kept me updated throughout. A smooth and professional experience—highly recommend!

Item arrived extremely late due to…

Item arrived extremely late due to Royal Mails' incompetence. Spoke with Jason who chased it up straight away and kept me updated throughout. He was absolutely amazing! Very rare to find such awesome customer service these days. Give this man a pay rise please! Really love the item and great quality also. Just please avoid Royal Mail if you can. Great piercings and even better customer support. I've unfortunately had some trouble with the delivery (due to my postman) but the customer support here was great, very helpful and quick. I recommend Bodymod anytime. This was my first order, but very likely not the last

The best 👌 👍 😍

My experience with bodymod was perfect. I didn't receive the delivery but the assistance sent me another package for free.
The selection of jewellery is one of the best in Europe and the quality of the products that I got is amazing, even the packaging is really good and safe for the jewellery.
Really appreciate the experience, I really suggest to give a chance and buy something here u will not regret it

Ein must have für Jeden!

Ich bin durch Zufall auf bodymod gestoßen. Am Anfang war ich sehr skeptisch und hatte in der Vergangenheit schon einmal mit einer ganz anderen Firma eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.
Bodymod ist jedoch top, sie verdienen mehr als 5 Sterne. Ich habe mehrere Piercings und bin extrem zufrieden.
Die Produkte sind top und Angebote sind riesig. Probiert es selber aus und ich bin mir sicher es wird euch gefallen. Lieferung ging auch sehr schnell.
I, by coincidence, came across the website of bodymod. I had ordered by another company before and unfortunately made a bad experience.
Bodymod is the exception under piercing companies. They are extremely professional and their products are exceptional. They don't promise less, but more. I've got a lot of piercings and I love their products.
Delivery was very fast, which surprises me, cause normally you have to wait a thousand years for a packet here in Germany. If you guys like to spend little money for good products, then by your piercings with them.
I can only speak for myself but I'm very happy and I'm sure, so will you.

closing system gold earrings, good service

I ordered some gold earring that had a strange closing system (the plastic one), I wrote to them about the problem and they help me. The stainless steel earrings are really nice and the closing system is good.
