It was a good experience. All of the information is there and then some. The only thing is I had to do most of my training on my phone. Despite me reaching out to customer service and doing all of the prescribed treatments to fix the issue per the web site the orientation feature did not work. Switching from vertical to horizontal made using the web site daunting and much more difficult than it had to be. I feel like I could have finished the course quicker if it was not for this issue. That being said they did give me a month grace to finish. I finished the course and I did pass my National and State tests.
Passed the national and state exam first try! Easy system to follow with educated professors. If John and or Pamela could do the whole course, that would be ideal. Lost my 5 star because the one speaker who does a couple lessons (can’t even remember his name) was very repetitive, lots of background noise and overall very hard to engage with. Overall would recommend!
I like most of it and all very helpful. I tend to do worse on tests that John is the instructor on. He is very long winded and goes off on too many tangents. I find myself struggling to figure out the point or what is pertinent to the section. It is too much extra info and waters down what is important. The man who does the Subdivision and Land Use sections, was far more helpful in the way he presents the information, repeats the important terms, stays on target for the section. Direct, concise, informative, and clear, I understood and did better on the tests after his sections.

Great course
Great course! In each lesson there is a PDF of all the information and a video that goes through everything. I especially appreciate that it is 100% self-paced. The practice tests were very similar to the national and state exams!

Great Affordable Option to Learn from Home
This course is a great affordable option for anyone looking to get the 168 hours of education for their Colorado real estate license. The platform is easy to use and the courses are broken down in digestible chunks. The practice exams are a great way to really drill the information in too.
I do have previous experience in housing so I was able to get the entire course completed in less than 2 months with daily dedication to my learning. I passed my exam on the first try and felt confident in my understanding. Overall, I would recommend this course to anyone interested in studying for the license exam!
There were two things I think the company could do to improve the program to 5 stars. First and foremost, much of the recorded content is clearly from years ago. Topics such as the repeal of the Gallagher Amendment and explosion of short term rental laws across the state weren't discussed. These are small things, but important for new agents to at least know IMO.
The marketing section also left me wanting a more updated discussion as social media has completely changed the way we do business in 2024. I wanted to learn more about how to leverage modern marketing tools. This section was the biggest miss for me, but fortunately marketing is not a major part of the exam.

Spelling Errors Need Fixing
1st, the people who made this have done it for a long time and everything is well done, for the most part. My primary criticism is that seemingly no one has gone over and fixed spelling or grammar mistakes, particularly in the test/quiz questions. It makes it seem like now that the videos have been done that they're just "phoning it in". Also some of the test questions and wrong answer explanations are vague in their language. It isn't exact. At times I was unsure who the subject was in the question what it was exactly asking. Perhaps this was intentional, because the actual test is also vague. One last thing, the person they had do CR 8 Purchase Contract, you could tell was reading a script she made. Be it speeches or talks or class instruction, reading from a script is bad form. It came off as unnatural and hurried, like she didn't really have the information down and had to write everything down so that she felt comfortable.

C. R. E. SCHOOL is the best!
I tried several real estate courses online but this one was the only one that had interactive content, live webinars and tremendous support, plus the way the content is distributed and taught, with repetition of key topics throughout the course, make it an invaluable learning experience.

Love everything about it!!
I was previously with The CE Shop LOTS of reading and learned absolutely nothing. Switched over to CRES and LOVE it the videos are super helpful and the little quizzes they have helped with what areas I needed more focus on. I was able to complete everything in 2 months then unfortunately had major issues with PSI, trying to take my test from home (I DO NOT recommend) I then lost hope and gave up. Came back 2 1/2 months later reviewed all my notes and kept retaking the final tests till I got 90% or higher for 2 weeks. Praying I pass my exam next week! Definitely going to recommend to a few friends and family members!

Great detailed explanations and lessons
I have only done the first lesson so far but I absolutely love it. The material to read prior to it is very detailed and explained well. And then the lesson is excellent and also well explained. I am excited to complete it.

Well Well
Well, so far I am in chapter 2. I have learned so much just from chapter 1. Took the chapter 1 test and got 88 percent. So far so good. I love the fact that there is a video breakdown of the study chapters!
