Arthur is so patient, I had a hard time resolving issues with my reissuing of my SSL as I have complicated thing for myself. I bought the domain through Dynadot, and Google host my emails, while NameCheap issue SSL. it was a lot involving all the three institutions, but Arthur was so patient with my lack of IT skills and understanding. I'm using Dynadot for my DNS and domain registration and this has worked fine. My initial interaction with support was very positive but seems to have become worse more recently. I also used their Pro email but remote access support of IOS devices was unacceptable. Regular disconnects and slow performance. Tech support just says everything is ok.
For an extra $20/year, MS online has been much more reliable for me.
