Flagwix is one of my most favorite places to shop. They have an excellent selection of flag and the quality is outstanding. If there are any issues, their customer service team is fantastic! I will not buy any flag from anywhere else - Flagwix is it for me.
Flagwix is an excellent company that I have bought flags, T-shirts and hats for two decades. They have captured my my personal pride, thoughts and passion for my country with their dramatic and powerful products. Great flag with prompt and honest service. As soon as I opened the plastic shipping bag and felt the flag material I knew this was a quality product. We have flag manufacturers here in Australia, but none that match the quality and presentation and customer service as you did. I will be very proud to fly this ANZAC flag on our day of remembrance to honour the service personal that gave up so much for so many. Thanks again to Ben and Alice for a wonderfull job.
I must comment on the good service I got while working on an order from flagwix.com. I placed an order for a garden flag but it didn’t arrive so I contacted them saying how long it was taking when they say 3 days. I received a message stating it was on the way and they apologized for the inconvenience.
I did receive my Texas garden flag which is very well made and beautiful in color.
To my surprise they gave me a credit for my inconvenience which I didn’t expect. This is a company I would recommend and will be ordering from again.

The flag came in great shape with bright full colors. It replaced a flag of out 13.5 GR who had passed away in 2012. Although it looks somewhat like Scully it is enough to bring great memories back.

This is my second order from Flagwix. My first was great as well as my second order. I lost the order confirmation on the second one and emailed company as to when I could expect it. Alice their customer service rep was fast in responding… and gave me info as well as sending me emails as my package made its way to SC! GREAT Customer Service!! Thanks Alice!!!

My ordering experience was great and Flagwix gave updates of when to expect delivery. But my follow up experience with them was not good. The color in the flag buntings was not a true red, but instead a muted rusty reddish color. When I called Customer Support over the course of several business days during their normal business hours there was no answer and no way to leave a message. I emailed their Customer Support address and never heard back. Since this order was to be used on the Town gazebo for Memorial Day and 4th of July, the buntings just aren't suitable to be used. I and the nonprofit organization these were purchased for are very disappointed with the product and the lack of service provided by Flagwix.

Flag has been flying for a month here in the Northern Arizona winds. It is still looking great with little signs of wind wear.
Neighbors love the idea of Alberta being the 51st State and so does this Albertan American.
Company was great to deal with. Good quality flag.

Can't get response from company as to whether or not my flash has shipped after 2 weeks +. Website shows offices in TX and OR, however, after finally searching through SHOP app, I see that my AMERICAN flag came from China. I still have no idea when it will arrive.
