Their color options on the website are completely different from real life. Royal blue is a very distinct color known pretty much universally, yet theirs is like a cadet blue. Of course, I can’t return my custom hood, so I’m stuck with an oddly-colored hood that I can’t use, which I paid extra for to get the royal blue velvet. Just know that the colors you see online are not just a little off as is to be expected; they’re completely different from what you’ll get.
Graduation Outlet was very helpful and had great customer service when I called to receive a quote. Once I completed the transaction online, I was notified that my order would be placed once they receive the payment. The order was a quick turnaround. The school received the order two weeks later. All product was included and perfect! We are very satisfied with this company and look forward to using them again.
I needed a personalized stole last minute! Graduation Outlet came through for us! I would give them 5 stars all across the board! I did the on-line chat and the customer representative was so helpful. The product was great quality and was delivered right on time! I was so impressed!
Experience was excellent. So glad I was able to replace my even down to the metal year and ring in the exact colors my original had. Would order agin for those I know should anything happens to their original.
