I bought front wheel bearing; the pictures on internet site show the number of stud and make me easy to choose the model I need. Delivery was on time and what is helpful, it is possible to track the package; so I can be at home to secure the delivery. Inside the box, I got the exact model I want.
Hello. I just had to cancel an order because I messed it up. I text chatted with a live agent and accidentally gave a 1 star review instead of a 5. He was very helpful regarding order #896M2809G. The live agent was very helpful and responded right away.
Product range is good. Customer support is iffy based on my experience. Contacts I’ve had to date seem unsure or are unaware of their own product lines specific to customers vehicles. On at least 2 occasions I hung up phone after waiting 15 minutes for an answer that should have been almost immediate. Lack of industry experience.
I have been dealing with Parts Avatar for 3+ years and have always been satisfied with the array of available parts and their prompt delivery. The prices have been excellent as well. I am a satisfied customer!!!
