PRINCE2 Practitioner training

I just had my PRINCE2 Practitioner training facilitated by Sprintzeal. The course content was good and gave another depth to the PRINCE2 Foundation.

The instructor (Gauri) was very competent and had a good approach to teaching. I was the only participant in the course but she still had a good professional mindset and we had a lot of good discussions on the material.

My Enriching TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Part 1 and Part 2 Training Experience

My experience was enriching. I gained deep insight into the various aspects of the Body of Knowledge of the TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Foundation (Part 1) and the Practitioner (Part 2).

The instructor (Mr. Olu Olatunji) meticulously taught the various aspects of the Body of Knowledge for both parts 1 and 2 of the TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Body of Knowledge. What was most enriching for me, was how he used real life project experiences on projects in Nigeria that I could relate to, to vividly demonstrate how the Enterprise Architecture craft should be undertaken, based on best practices.
He also gave great tips of TOGAF certification test-taking techniques and made sure to provide wholesome clarifications to questions posed during the training sessions.

Overall, a fantastically delivered training!

I'm pleased to provide feedback on Olu Olatunji, who was my TOGAF 10 Foundation and Practitioner training instructor. Olu's depth of knowledge in enterprise architecture, particularly within the TOGAF framework, is impressive. His ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively contributed significantly to my understanding of the material.

In addition to his expertise, Olu demonstrated exceptional support and dedication throughout the training. He consistently made himself available to answer questions and provided valuable insights that went beyond the standard curriculum. His approachable demeanor created a positive and engaging learning environment, greatly facilitating my learning experience.

I highly recommend Olu Olatunji as a trainer for anyone seeking to deepen their knowledge of TOGAF 10. His expertise and supportive nature make him an outstanding educator.

The CISSP training was highly engaging…

The CISSP training was highly engaging and effective, particularly due to the small group size of only two trainees. The instructor (sudipta ghosh) was practical, concise, and structured, addressing all topics and questions with detailed and practical examples. The training was well-organized, covering the entire program in four days, and was made enjoyable and pleasant by the trainer's efforts.

Great instructor - Unorganized company

My course had been scheduled for a 4 day 9-5 class for a month prior to the class starting. One business day before the class started I got an email stating the class was from 11-7 as if that was the plan all the time. This obviously screwed up my week. Some of the things in my calendar that I had scheduled around this class could not be rescheduled and therefore I had to miss some of my class hours. I also did not receive any of my classroom materials (textbook, etc) until the 2nd day.

VERY unprofessional, very unorganized. I will absolutely NEVER contract training through Springzeal again. And why would I, if I can't count on them to stick to an already established plan and schedule.

The bright side is that the instructor was great. Had a lot of video clips to share that broke up the monotony and helped reinforce the topic.

Debayan was excellent

Debayan was an excellent teacher, using real world examples to explain the concepts and engaging the team class to share their own real life experiences. He kept the class involved throughout the long sessions and went over each and every concept. His energy never waivered over the many hours of talking but his voice remained clear and concepts were easy to understand

Absolute scam

I've never seen such an unprofessional company before. I had an on site training in New York, booked my flight and hotel, everything to get a message cancelling the training. I was patient and even prolonged my stay in New York but they never could give me the training I paid for.

It's been 2 months now chasing them for the refund. Just save yourself a bad experience and a lot of money by learning with someone else. At this point this company looks like an absolute scam to me. I will take them to court if necessary to get my money back.

Great Instructor for CISSP class!

The instructor for the CISSP class was very knowledgeable and had a lot of work experience to help to explain and demonstrate many of the concepts and topics during the course. The instructor was also very current on cybersecurity incidents and was able to use those events to illustrate the concepts presented in the course. The course material (eBook) was the latest version available. Our course also came with 2 vouchers that will come in handy when I'm ready to attempt the CISSP exam.

CAPM Course Experience

I signed up for the CAPM course. Gulfam was very helpful and was very informative. There were 13 lessons that we went over. I feel much more prepared now for the CAPM exam. On top of this, Gulfam offered to assist me with any additional questions even after the training was over. Highly recommended.

The Trainer is good, but the assistancw from sprintzeal is just … :(

The trainer is good and easy to understands the lessons.

But i got a lot of trouble regarding the room and the comptia account.

The PIC from Sprintzeal doesn’t give us the clear information about the room befire the training. We had to wait outside and waste our time in the first day because the spreantzeal’s PIC cant be contacted.

Ans we have to share the comptia account in order to use the labs. because one account can only be used by one person at a time.

Imagine if we had to share the account with other participants and have to wait until, i dont know when :).

So please give each participant a different account.

Very Satisfied with the training

I will give this experience 5 stars on the final day of training. I feel that I am really grasping the concepts as they are explained by instructor (Kevin). The class (of 2) is going at a great pace with focused learning. I am confident that after completing this boot camp, with additional studying, I will pass the Security+ exam.

TOGAF 10

The trainer, Stephen Kelly really knew his stuff and made the TOGAF course engaging. We focused on the most important concepts and connected them to real world scenarios. Finishing with the practice exams tied everything up nicely. Thank you!

Lots of Study Materials and a Knowledgeable Instructor

Knowledgeable instructor with a lot of practical, real world experience. He is very articulate and clear in his explanations and stories.

Many additional study tools and materials were made available with the training which should help with the certification.

The technology failed us a few times with the Teams meeting freezing or dropping. That happened at least 3-5 times each session.

I wish the pace was a bit slower and that we had more time to ask questions. It felt like the course was hurried and sometimes when we had our hand raised, it was not acknowledged.

Sprintzeal don't fulfill their Financial obligations

A month ago, I successfully completed the training program for one of Sprintzeal's clients. It has been almost three weeks since I started to request payment, but I haven't received anything. Moreover, none of the emails or messages I sent to the Sprintzeal contacts ever came back to me. I'm not the only one who has encountered such unprofessional treatment.

I sincerely hope that this won't happen to anyone else, so please, by all means, assist in preventing them from doing so.
