Jason Bonham Led Zeppelin Experience was AWESOME!!! I saw Plant/Page in Pittsburgh in 1995 , Jason and his band was amazing ! And I would say even better ! Played entire Physical Graffiti album plus Communication Breakdown, Stairway to Heaven, Rock and Roll. Absolutely sounded like Zep in their prime.

Sarah has always been a great entertainer I have admired for a few years now! I was totally surprised how she noticed my "torch", kept going off on my iphone. Then she asked me a personal question about the type of underwear I was wearing! Of course i answered "nothing!" Thanks for making a great evening Sarah and a little personal direct interaction with you, so memorable! Miigwetch! Kathy MacLeod

Purchased and received payment email confirmation right away, and it said a follow up email with ticket details would follow. I purchased opening day and event was set to start w/in 45 min. The time it took me to drive from my home to the venue. NEVER received the ticket email and venue would not accept payment email. Was forced to purchase tickets again and now you won't refund my money!

The Restless Leg Tour was great! We loved the surprises that Tina and Amy had and they were on their game! Incredible show and lots of laughs! We purchased tickets in the upper balcony but were moved down front by surprise-that made the show much more enjoyable!! Also, when the show was over, we were out of there fairly quickly!

It was all bogus

It was all bogus, from it being a 'Concert' not to the parking being a thousand miles away. It was a bogus venue to rob you of your money and for you to never enjoy the album. A money grab essentially. I will never fall for something like this again. A concert is just that a concert in a proper arena. These folks thought putting a club environment together would satisfy a concert experience.

Purchased and received payment emal but not ticket email!

NEVER EVER buy from this company

I bought our Metallica tickets in Nashville MONTHS early- was informed tickets would be emailed a few days before the concert. I kept checking and nothing- I have never booked anything through TicketSmarter before so I am thinking I got scammed! We paid $1600!! The DAY of the concert, apparently I was sent an email at 7:10am, stating that MY tickets were no longer available but they had "alternate" tickets available with a $500 refund. These were NOT the tickets that I purchased and what do you mean no longer available?? I bought them months ago- We called TicketSmarter, because we only had 3 hours before the concert started, had been traveling to get there and HAD NO TICKETS!! They said our tickets were sold to us and someone else? We asked about the "alternate" tickets with the refund- they were no longer available... They did find us some tickets, but not what we paid for and no refund!! We had to take what they gave us as we paid months ago and just traveled out of state to get here. I will never book through TicketSmarter again and will tell everyone I know, as well!!

Unfortunately, the ticket seller was unable to provide your original tickets, which were set for Section 135, Row M, but they were able to offer replacement seats in Section 137, Row H along with a $500 discount due to the change of seating location with a lower value seat. This offer was sent at 1:43 PM ET on Friday, May 2. By the time the customer support team received your response, the replacement tickets had already been sold on the live marketplace.

When occurrences like this occur, our customer support team works to find available tickets of a comparable value and view of the stage to the original tickets. Our customer support team was then able to locate another set of tickets in your original seating section (Section 135) and in Row H, which was an upgrade as it was five rows closer to the stage than your original seating location. Our customer support team provided the upgraded seats to you at no additional costs to your original order.

Stupidly booked for the wrong date

Stupidly booked for the wrong date, the game was already on, the money was still taken and I was never sent the tickets so couldn't even go and see what was left of the game.
