Dovevo cambiare dei riyal in euro, dal Qatar all'Italia. Ero scettico all'inizio, ma dopo aver visto che hanno articoli su giornali importanti e migliaia di recensioni positive, ho provato con loro.
Cordiali e velocissimi nel rispondere alle email, hanno convertito il denaro inviato e girato alla mia banca in Italia in poche ore. Ho fatto tre transazioni con loro ed ha sempre funzionato tutto.
Mi è stata affidata Leigh come consulente, molto brava, disponibile e rispondeva alle email in meno di 5 minuti.

I had to change riyals into euros, from Qatar to Italy. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing that they have articles in major newspapers and thousands of positive reviews, I tried them.
Friendly and very quick to reply to emails, they converted the money sent and forwarded to my bank in Italy in just a few hours. I've done three transactions with them and everything has always worked.
I was given Leigh as a consultant, really kind and professional, helpful and responded to emails in less than 5 minutes.
Super recommended!

We have been using Currency Solutions for several years now and find it very easy to use the Online Trading Platform. The transfer is usually there the same day.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is the lack of telephone details on the website.

Fiona and the team have always acted in a friendly and efficient manner in all my dealings over the past 14yrs.
They have always held my hand through the process especially when large sums and tight transfer deadlines were involved . I understand that sometimes errors can be made but it has never been my experience.

Good and competitive rates with very good communication from friendly knowledgeable people who are happy to guide you through the process. If the person you need to speak to is not available there is always someone who will deal with your issue promptly and effectively.
I would happily recommend them to anyone who is looking for currency exchange services.

I have used Currency Solutions for the past 19 years and have been highly satisfied with their service. I use their 'on line' platform and love the fact that they keep you informed by e mail of each step of the process. For me, the e mail confirming they have received your funds is the most important as I am always worried that I may have made an error when keying in bank details. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I would certainly recommend you use them. In addition, they must have additional 'in built' security checks, as I realised one transfer when away from home. Someone from the company rang me to confirm the transfer, as they had spotted the request came from a different IP address to the one I normally use. A first class service all round.

Was referred to Currency Solutions by a friend who had a good experience. Called to setup an account. Provided the necessary documentation to Paul who was assigned to my account. Called multiple times to see if they needed any further information. Was promised a call back three times. Paul never returned my calls or email. No one ever contacted me via any means. Account just stuck in document processing. In the end I gave up and just setup a Wise account.

Once they had my money was quoted awful exchange rates. First quote was going to cost me 3k, when I complained she said 'oh it's because she accidently put spot forward for a year'. Was then quoted another awful but slightly better rate, I refused and quoted back the live price,apparently the problem she said was a frozen terminal and she would have to call RBS directly. The 3rd quote was better and I felt I had no choice but to accept. The 3rd quote was still more expensive than wise. The issue here is that once they have your money it puts you in a vulnerable position. Don't use these people, they are nowhere near competitive anymore. Use Wise, I wish I had.

I have used CS since 2018. Online generally but my go to person when my WFI plays up, or when there is an issue signing in, is John Bassett, can always count on him to rescue me.

There are many ways to transfer money these days but I always use Currency Solutions because the customer service is just so good. You can actually talk to someone (not just a chatbot) and that gives you the confidence you need when moving significant sums of money around the world. I've never had a problem - and even when I put the wrong reference on my payment it was spotted and corrected without any fuss.

I worked with them for about 15 years plus as I have property out in Italy and business .
The last time I worked with them, my regular broker was on maternity leave was a disaster and farcical. Leaving me in a situation where they kept my funds didn't pay my supplier and find bother to call me to say there was an issue left me embarrassed and frustrated . No apologies just bad service
Will not use them again unfortunately
