The worst customer service I've ever…
The worst customer service I've ever received. They lost part of our house in the shipping, then tried to blame it on us, treated us like criminals. We had to provide cctv footage to prove we hadn't received it. Took them 3 months to 'find' it, blamed it on another customer. Gave us 300 euros compensation for thousands of euros of costs. Avoid completely. Terrible people.
