• Only daughter of Hunger Games Host Caesar Flickerman. Her mother died when she was five years old, leaving the burden of raising the child to Caesar. Basically becomes inseperable with her dad since he’s both her father and her mentor
• Trained since childhood to become the third member of the Caesar line to host the Hunger Games as a television personality. Adores her television work dearly, but is more drawn to fashion than television.
• Gifted fashion designer — what starts as just designing outfits for her dad as a labor of love grows into a lucrative business designing outfits for the Capitol elite, including President Snow himself. (even tho Snow fucking TERRIFIES her for reasons she can’t quite identify yet)
• Often assists stylists behind the scenes by offering input on how tributes should be presented to the public. Enjoys working with Cinna the most because he actually sees her as an equal rather than talking down to her like the others do because of her young age.
• Even if she doesn’t fully comprehend the cruelty of the Games, she’s one of the few in the Capitol unsettled by the whole thing. But she’s meant to be their hostess one day, so she keeps this all to herself.
