DAY TWO
So for today let's starts with revision:
vowels: ㅏㅓㅣㅜㅗ
con: ㅁ ㄴ ㄹ ㅎ ㅅ
ㅅ + ㅣ = 시 (shi)
now we can start with next lesson:
lesson 2
a few new vowels : ㅡ, ㅐ, ㅔ
and a bit more about ㅇ sound.
well ㅐ and ㅔare basically the same.both sound like e in elephant, except if u r writing u will write 'ae' for ㅐ(like in tae-hyung) and just e for ㅔ.
and about ㅡ
well it sounds like 'o' in o'clock. it's written as 'eu' u basically use it if u want to write just consonant without a vowel like:
ㅎ + ㅡ = 흐 (h)
ㅁ + ㅡ = 므 (m)
and so on, u got it right?
and for the sound ㅇ we have two usages. one of those we have already leared
- to write only vowels (아, 어, 우, 오, 이, 애, 에 )
- to express sound 'ng' well thats the one u have to learn. basically u have the syllable shape like this (no.4)
so on the 'C' place u can either put consonant or ㅇ
for 'V' u have to put the vowel
and on the 'F' position for now we will add only ㅇ
so ㄹ + ㅏ + ㅇ = 랑 (rang)
ㅎ + ㅓ + ㅇ = 헝 (heong)
ㅅ + ㅣ + ㅇ = 싱 (shing)
or ㅇ + ㅔ + ㅇ = 엥 (eng)
ㅇ + ㅏ + ㅇ = 앙 (ang)
or pic no.5
ㄹ + ㅜ + ㅇ = 룽 (rung / lung)
ㅇ + ㅗ + ㅇ = 옹 (ong)
