As an apology for this, we are going to reopen the PDF sales for a limited time. I will close them after all packages have made it to their respective owners and then make the donation to the charity!

i love the concept of the zine but multiple pieces have gideon really light and frankly whitewashed… idk what to say really but it’s really upsetting to see that even in a zine w dozens of people working together it still wasn’t a priority to ensure darker-skinned woc were depicted in a racially sensitive manner.
Hello! As a rule, I did not police anyone’s depictions of any character, as we are working off of written descriptions for the majority of the cast. However, I recognize that this was maybe not the best decision and I apologize for not considering it sooner. I am a one woman team (and a white woman), so I left interpretations up to the artists.
If you are someone who purchased the zine and are disappointed with its contents, you can reach out to [email protected] with your order number and I am happy to give you a refund.
How long will the pdf be available to buy/preorder? :))
Until all orders are confirmed, maybe 2 weeks? I will put out a post before I close sales, but we don't have a hard date at the moment!
hi!!!! just found out about the fashion zine, how do you sign up for things like this? will there be a future zine i can contribute to, or is this like a one off?
This was intended as a one-off! I (Mod Julie) have run a handful of zines in the past and there's not really a way to keep track of what I do lol. If in general you want to apply to zines, you should follow some blogs like zine-scene which reblog open application posts.
When I have my life together again I'd love to run a Disco Elysium zine or another Locked Tomb one after Alecto comes out.
