Shipping Rates
- Shipping rate is calculated using Canada Post's rates and displayed in your shopping cart. At checkout, you’ll be provided with one or more shipping options to choose from before completing your order.
- We receive up to a 50% discount from Canada Post, and we pass these savings directly to you. We don’t charge handling fees or markups.
Free Shipping
- Within Canada: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 CAD using Canada Post Expedited Service.
Shipping Options
We typically ship via Canada Post, using the recommended delivery services below. However, you may select a different service level at checkout if faster delivery is needed. All services include online tracking and delivery confirmation, except where noted.
Within Canada
- Expedited Service:
- Delivery in 1-2 business days in Eastern Canada.
- Delivery in 4-5 business days in Western Canada.
- Xpresspost Service:
- Delivery in 1 business day in Eastern Canada.
- Delivery in 2-3 business days in Western Canada.
To the USA
- Tracked Packet USA:
- Delivery in 7-8 business days.
- Expedited Parcel USA:
- Delivery in 5-6 business days.
International Shipments
- Tracked Packet International:
- Delivery in 7-12 business days.
- Xpresspost International:
- Delivery in 6-10 business days.
Note: International shipments may be subject to customs delays, import duties, or taxes determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid prior to delivery.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received, provided all items are in stock.
Delivery Times
- Within Eastern Canada: 1-3 business days.
- Elsewhere in Canada: 4-7 business days.
- To the USA: 5-8 business days.
- International: 6-10 business days (air) or 4-12 weeks (surface).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or remote locations.

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- For US orders, you can track your package on USPS.com once it arrives in the United States.
Customs and Duties
- International shipments may be subject to customs delays, import duties, or taxes determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid prior to delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays.
