Delivery time

1.1 Items in stock at TGM  usually ship the next business day after the order is placed.
1.2 Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

2.1 Items coming from vendors overseas are subject to potential delays that are beyond the control of TGM.
2.2 TGM will provide estimated delivery times for items coming from vendors overseas, taking into consideration factors such as customs clearance and international shipping.

TGM is not liable for delays in product delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, TGM will make reasonable efforts to inform you promptly.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. TGM is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
