- Due to operational reasons, the tour guide may not accompany you during pick-up and drop-off services.

- Should there be changes in itineary due to weather, traffic or other operation conditions, the tour will not be cancelled or refunded.
- If Mt.Fuji and others sightseeing spots are not visible due to weather conditions, the tour will not be canceled or refunded.

- For those taking the bullet train (shinkansen), the tour guide will not accompany you back to Tokyo. They will provide instructions of how to return to your hotel from Tokyo Station before you board the train.
Non-reserved tourist class seats are used on Bullet Train.
- No refunds will be issued should the drop-off in Odawara run late due to operational reasons. Please take a non-reserved seat on the following train.
- Participants from Hilton Tokyo will be escorted to Hyatt Regency on foot.
