Great Location loved the place
Pictures very accurate. Loved it was well equipped and very good location. We walked pretty much everywhere we wanted to go and felt safe. There was a bit of street noise, which is outside the control of owner. The back alley had some early morning garbage, delivery etc but I would stay there again as everything else was excellent.

Great Stay
My daughter and I stayed her for our first trip to New Orleans. It was a great space. It is about a 20min walk from the French Quarter. It’s also only a couple of blocks from Canal street where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. It was also the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in! The only complaint I had was the walls are a little thin, but our host had a noise machine available if you want to use it. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing find!
We've stayed in a number of vacation rentals in New Orleans, and this is definitely one of our favorites. The apartment was sparkling clean, had so many amenities, and was walking distance to just about everything. It is a bit of a noisy neighborhood, so if you're a light sleeper, pack earplugs. But otherwise it was perfect! We can't wait to stay again!

The apartment is super cute and very clean. Walking distance to everything. Our only concern was the noise level. Unfortunately the windows face the alley and trucks are going up and down starting at 4am. Otherwise awesome place.

Loved the loft!
Erin's loft was centrally located and incredibly equipped with everything we needed and more. It was a quick walk to Canal, Bourbon st and the superdome and Erin was accommodating and responsive.

I really enjoyed staying at Erin‘s place. It has everything you need. The bed was very comfy. The climate control was great, the bathroom spacious, the kitchen wonderful and a full size washer/dryer. The street cars go by but very quickly and it’s not a big deal. Erin thought of everything-she even has a noise machine in the bedroom area (we did not need it). I liked it so much that I rebooked for next year for Jazz Fest.

It was a perfect location. A short walk to everything or A short Uber ride
At first I was tired and just needed to lay down. The space was quiet (except for typical city noise.) and if you are experienced you always have a set of foam ear plugs. After I rested it was a great city to explore. I liked the security element of the building. Everything in the unit worked properly. The management team was very responsive all times of the day. I liked the layout and contemporary design. I plan on staying here again in the future.

Spacious one bedroom and a great location
This apartment is in a great centralized location. The lobby was a great point of interest, especially to my engineer husband! The living area of the apartment is very open and bright, making it feel very spacious. All appliances are modern and clean. The owners are generous enough to provide laundry supplies. We would definitely return to this rental on our next trip to New Orleans.
